Il soggiorno è stato fantastico. Appartamento molto carino, pulito e fresco. In pochi minuti in scooter o in auto si raggiungono bellissime spiagge. Preziosissima Cristina che è stata sempre molto disponibile e ci ha fatti sentire a casa e coccolati dall'inizio alla fine, ci ha dato ottimi consigli ed è andata davvero oltre ogni aspettativa esaudendo tutte le nostre richieste con gentilezza e cordialità. Potete andarci a occhi chiusi!

Filippo is a wonderful host, I cannot say enough nice things about him; from the local recommendations, to allowing for flexible check-in and out, to him helping me hail a cab after I checked out the entire stay/experience was 5 star! The place is very comfortable and you cannot beat the location. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment with excellent restaurant recommendations from Francesca! We particularly loved Arke and the local Enoteca. Road parking was never available during our stay, but there was a very affordable car park around the corner.

Il soggiorno da Marco è stato fin sopra le aspettative . Lui, una bella persona, il check in è stato facile, si è mostrato sempre gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato tante indicazioni circa spiagge e ristoranti in cui poter andare, ci ha mostrato il posto auto ( una vera fortuna se si soggiorna a Villasimius , in quanto ci sono solamente posti a pagamento) e ci ha mostrato la casa, spiegando dettagliatamente sia i comfort che ovviamente anche il come mantenerla ( il che l abbiamo trovato davvero utile visto che in Sardegna , da noi no, si usa fare la differenziata in modo che ogni giorno venga portato fuori un determinato cestino per la raccolta). La casa era ancora più bella che in foto, pulitissima, non mancava nulla, un bellissimo terrazzo al piano terra e un balconcino al primo piano vista mare. Inoltre l’alloggio si trova esattamente in centro a Villasimius, quindi per le serate estive anche molto molto comodo. Insomma l’esperienza merita tutte e 5 le stelle!! Grazie Marco.

L'appartamento è molto bello, situato in buona posizione, posto auto non riservato ma facile parcheggio subito fuori dal cancello, zona ventilata, abbiamo acceso solo per 1 ora il condizionatore. Visto che era tutto perfetto, abbiamo cercato di contraccambiare lasciando i locali puliti come li abbiamo trovati (salvo la raccolta differenziata che gentilmente l'host ha portato al punto di raccolta comunale quando ce ne siamo andati.

Unser Urlaub im Anwesen von Constanza und Mauro hat uns phantastisch gefallen. Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und alles ist angenehm sauber. Wir konnten super gut schlafen, denn es ist sehr ruhig im Wohngebiet; die Klimaanlage war zudem ein Segen bei den warmen Temperaturen. Wir hatten tolle Spielgeräte vor Ort, wie ein Pool-Volleyballspiel und eine Tischtennisplatte, was viel Freude bereitete. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es wunderschöne Sandstrände, zudem haben wir die Nächte in Cagliari als Familie sehr genossen und sind herrlich Essen gewesen, z.B. im Aquarium - einer genialen Pizzaria, Restaurant und Bar unter Palmenbäumen. Wir bekamen von Constanza tolle Ausflugstipps, so dass es für uns sehr abwechlsungsreich und gleichzeitig erholsam war. Herzlichen Dank euch für unseren tollen Familien-Urlaub. Gerne kommen wir wieder und empfehlen eure Unterkunft von ganzem Herzen.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr schön. Die Kommunikation erfolgte überwiegend über den Sohn der Gastgeberin, der sehr gut Englisch spricht und uns hilfreiche Tipps zu Aktivitäten und Restaurants in der Umgebung gegeben hat. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool ist groß und sauber, und der Ausblick war sehr schön. Für den Gastgeber war es okay, dass uns auch mal Freunde am Pool besucht haben. Ein Hinweis für Hundebesitzer: Unser unkastrierter Rüde und die freilaufende Hündin auf dem Grundstück ließen sich nur schwer voneinander trennen, was zu etwas Aufwand geführt hat. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Gastgeber konnte jedoch eine Lösung gefunden werden.

Wir (junge Familie mit kleinem Kind) hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet – es ist alles da, was man braucht. Besonders bequem ist der gepflegte Garten mit Gartenschlauch. Zum Meer sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, der Strand ist herrlich und nicht überlaufen. Leider war der nahegelegene Supermarkt noch geschlossen, aber in Pula ist man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto. Dort findet man alles, was man braucht – auch nette Restaurants und Abendprogramm. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

We verbleven voor een tweede keer in deze accommodatie & het was even top als de eerste keer, zie vorige recensie! Heel vriendelijke host en personeel, rustige omgeving en een goed uitgerust en proper appartement. We kwamen volledig tot rust en raden dit verblijf sterk aan <3

We carried out a lot of research before settling on Casa Delle Sirene. What a find! It was exactly as described and pictured, beautiful inside and out with its own private parking space. It had lovely private gardens with lovely flora and fauna. Inside was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped throughout . The beds were very comfortable and the pillows (which we are very particular about) were the best we’ve ever had whilst away from home, making for very good nights sleep. The kitchen served its purpose perfectly and the showers were great. There was always plenty of hot water. We had a couple of issues where we needed to contact our host. The electric tripped after a thunderstorm which our host sorted very quickly, and we also had a WiFi outage but again the host sorted swiftly. The apartment is only a 50m walk away to a beautiful sandy beach and only a short walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. Perfect location, and accommodation and is highly recommended.

Wir haben uns sofort unglaublich wohl gefühlt in Deboras geschmackvoll und perfekt eingerichtetem Haus. Debora hat uns sogar einen guten Rotwein und Wasser zur Begrüßung hingestellt.Danke dafür! Auch die wunderbaren Außenanlagen luden ein am Haus zu verweilen.Jede Terrasse ist liebevoll gestaltet und es fehlte an nichts. Wir waren jeden Morgen in der schönen gemütlichen Bucht schwimmen, haben Brötchen im tollen Supermarkt geholt( er gleicht eher einer Feinkosthandlung) um dann auf der schönen Terrasse zu frühstücken. Und das alles fussläufig. Am Nachmittag ging’s dann nochmal an den Strand incl.Strandbarbesuch. Alles in allem eine wunderschöne, erholsame Zeit! Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen und werden das Rauschen des Meeres vermissen, welches wir vom Haus aus hören konnten. Eine Empfehlung!!

Great place for a long weekend or week. Close to beach. Dramatic hiking. Both walkable. Good restaurants but need a car for that. Comfortable beds. Everything worked. I e were there off season. It may be busier in summer.

Efisio and Luisa were amazing hosts. Luisa sent recommendations for restaurants that really saved us that first night when we were getting in late. The place was clean and really nice, just like the pictures. Having an off-street parking space was a huge bonus since parking is impossible to find in a city like this.

Ruhiger Ort, schöne geräumige Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick. Grazia ist eindeutig unkomplizierte und freundliche Gastgeberin. Können nur empfehlen !

Zona stupenda con bellissime spiagge facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi (tra 10 e 20 minuti), come anche farmacia e negozietti (a piedi 10 Min). Alloggio grande e con tanto spazio per 2 famiglie (pianterreno). Molto tranquillo di sera. Se nel contempo il piano di sopra è affittato, c'è ovviamente più rumore e rischio di sovraccarico energetico. La casa è bella e ariosa (con alcune cose da sistemare dovuti agli anni di usura) e con muri bianchi spessi che la mantengano fresca nelle giornate calde. La cucina è ben attrezzata con apparecchi nuovi (microonde, frigo grande, forno e vetroceramica). Il giardino che lo circonda è ampio con tante piante (un po' sofferenti), posteggio per diverse auto e spazio grande per cenare sotto le stelle. Abbiamo avuto contatto con Stefano, figlio del proprietario che è stato molto disponibile e gentile. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene (un gruppo di 5 adulti). Alloggio da consigliare se si cerca la vera Sardegna!

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, hat uns mit vielen hilfreichen Informationen versorgt. Wunderschöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohneinheit mit allem, was man braucht (auch genügend scharfe Messer). Schöne Veranda, nur wenige Stufen. Gut geeignet für Menschen, die zu Fuß nicht mehr so gut unterwegs sind. Sehr ordentliche Mülltrennung (wie überall) mit festen Abholzeiten. Wenn am Abreisetag noch etwas übrig ist, bringt man es zur kommunalen Sammelstelle. Diese ist in ca. 5 Minuten Autofahrt erreichbar. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe genossen.

É um apartamento muito agradável, espaçoso, iluminado e numa localização excelente. Tudo estava perfeito, havia todas as comodidades descritas no anúncio. Monica, quem nos recebeu no momento da nossa chegada, é uma simpatia de pessoa: enviou muitas dicas sobre a cidade e as praias da região. Ela estava o tempo todo disponível para ajudar e tirar nossas dúvidas, sempre com muita cordialidade e disposição para ajudar. Recomento fortemente esse espaço pra quem deseja passar bons momentos na cidade.

Perfecto para ir con tu pareja, la zona preciosa y justo en el centro de Castello. Muy bien equipada. Vitor muy atento y simpático.

Der Aufenthalt bei Cristina und Paolo war eine wunderbare Erlebnis. Sie waren sehr nette Leute und Hilfsbereit. Die saubere und ordentliche Wohnung hat alles, was man für eine 4-köpfige Familie brauchen. Super geräumige Küche und Wohnbereich mit allem was man zum Kochen brauchen. Auch private Parkplätze abseits der Straße bei Bedarf nutzen. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich ein kleiner Strand und ein Geschäfte, sowie Restaurant, Apotheke, MD Supermarkt und usw. Wenn sie ein wenig weiter fahren, haben sie die schönsten Strände mit türkisfarbenem Wasser finden. Einen Aufenthalt bei Cristina und Paolo kann ich nur weitere empfehlen.

We had a great stay at Elisa's place with our 2 small children. The house is big and well maintained, very clean and has everything you need. We loved the dogs, cat and horses. Especially the closed patio with the BBQ was great! The pool has some nice shade in the afternoon, perfect for kids.

This was our second stay with Andrea and Lana and it was every bit as brilliant as last year. They are such warm, friendly and helpful hosts. In particular we love the pool and garden. This year, in addition to visiting the wonderful local beaches, we took a 3 hour boat trip from Villasimius port round Capo Carbonara where you could swim from the boat and also visited a couple of beaches on the Costa Rei. Right at the north end there are some wild and unspoilt beaches with incredible water and it’s possible to do a not too arduous walk to the lighthouse Capo Ferraro with incredible views. We’d definitely love to return again one day.

Ho soggiornato a Cagliari per due giorni presso questo alloggio e mi sono trovato molto bene, la posizione è centralissima, a due passi dal centro della città e da un gran numero di ristornati e locali. L'appartamento è molto pulito e confortevole, lo consiglierei senz'altro anche per un soggiorno di durata più lunga.
