The 95 square meter solid house has a comfortable living room, a dining room, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, as well as 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet and 2 double rooms on the first floor. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a workspace, a living area with cozy couch (sleeping function), a large Dining table, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. In the adjacent large orchard there is a party hut with a campfire ring.
