The property is squeaky clean! Great for a single person or couple. Kitchen has almost everything you will need. We did cook a few dinners and everything was available. There was no pizza pan but we made it work. The washer/dryer was in the bedroom (kind of odd) and vented its heat into the room (don’t wash or dry clothes close to bedtime). A little noisy in the neighborhood but things quieted down in the evenings. Great place to stay! Highly recommend.

This place was above and beyond. We had an 8hr flight and 3hr time diff. We were tired and dizzy when we landed. This plc had every amenity and toiletry. It far exceeded my expectations. Quiet, peaceful and close to lots of activities. Bed was comfy, living room & kitchen were cozy and relaxing. I would 100% recommend this listing to all my friends and family!

Great small spot for couples needing a close place to stay for the night near the airport

It is a great place and close to my son's house that I was visiting. I had my outgoing flight delayed and had to change flights so I arrived in the early morning but had no problem finding the place and getting in and settled.

Vicki was so helpful from the beginning I needed to change the booking date and she totally accommodated me. The apartment is so beautiful and seemed brand new. High end kitchen and furniture. We needed salt and a blender and she brought it right away. Vicki and her husband made us feel at home. We would return and totally recommend the Blue Heron

great price for the location and for the space. it was perfect for a last minute work trip, especially in the height of tourist season. having a coffee shop downstairs was super convenient. The trains and military planes can be heard very well, but they provided ear plugs which was very considerate. I would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful home, wonderful views with a private deck high in the trees for us to relax on after a busy day! So close to base and shopping but very quiet and peaceful in the home. We will definitely stay here again!

Thanks to Chloe and the homeowner my husband and I got to experience a great 20 days here. Everything was provided, down to even the coffee and cooking oil.

Dylan was excellent with communication and always answered every question and resolved issues that came up within minutes. I was impressed! The bed is very comfortable. The place is spacious. The only thing I didn't love was the very thin walls. It was ok because things were not noisy after 10 pm. I would stay here again. The location is excellent and I loved that.

Great stay for a quick trip! Nathan was so responsive and incredibly accommodating! Condo was perfectly clean, quiet, and private.

I want to say my only negative was the comfort of the bed. It would suffice for younger people but not adults. The place is very new and the construction is unfortunately not higher quality. We could hear the people walking above us easily. No other noise. However it was precisely what we needed. I felt safe. It had amenities to cook and do laundry as needed. The check in and check out process was easy. We did not hear any other noise from people. I would stay again but I'm hoping they get a new bed! It had blankets and plenty of pillow options. Huge fridge and big washer/dryer. I gave all 5 stars because it really was a great place! Easy to get on major highways too.

This comfortable apartment gave us a home away from home on our first trip to Alaska. It was cozy and well equipped with a warm fireplace, coffee pot, large shower and comfortable bed. Jane provided shampoo and body wash as well as some coffee and tea bags. The garden was lovely with blooming flowers and trees. I would recommend this place to future travelers to Anchorage. While it was convenient and walkable to downtown, it allowed us to feel private and secluded with it's hidden garden.

This place is very comfortable; we felt safe ‘n secure; & it had all we needed for an enjoyable stay. We didn’t need much, but when we reached out to Amy, she responded promptly & was very helpful + friendly! Excellent choice!

This place was great, clean, and in an okay location. The kitchen had everything we needed, we did have a little trouble figuring out the microwave. The family that lived up stairs was pretty loud the whole time we were there. And their dogs bark a whole lot. But other than that this was a really good place to stay! There were only 2 towels provided and 4 of us staying, so make sure to request more if you need them. We made the 2 work.

This Airbnb is very conveniently located to lots of fun things to do. We highly recommend backcountry adventures in Palmer. We rode ATVs to the Knik glacier which was truly fantastic. The neighborhood is quiet and surrounding mountains, which you see all around, are stunning. We made use of the hot tub, which was nice after an active day, and it was fun having a ping pong table. We would definitely stay here again

We loved our stay at Carriage House! We felt surrounded by nature on a beautiful property, but a short walk across a nearby bridge got us into town within minutes!

Beautiful stay, so homey and private. Amazing views. Grace and Colton were so great and quick to respond when needed. Highly recommend.
