Andy's place was lovely, tastefully furnished and decorated, with really comfortable furniture (the bed gets top marks), well stocked, pristine kitchen and bathroom, and the back patio was the perfect spot to relax at the end of the day. Andy was lovely, friendly and thoughtful. Commuting into the city was easy either by bus or Lightrail to the PATH. It was a perfect spot for us while we were having work done in our place. We'd definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for us as everything we needed was nearby. Thank you again for hosting us and we'll check for availability should we come back to town next time.

I loved this place! Sherrie is SO nice and helpful. The house is beautiful and chill. The room was very comfortable. The neighborhood is great. Very walkable. Amazing food and coffee. Close to public transportation. I would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Ashley and Ben’s Airbnb. The space included everything you might need, from standard hotel amenities to thoughtful extras that made the visit even more comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked and ready for use. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall environment was peaceful enough for a great night’s rest. The air conditioning kept the space pleasant, and the dehumidifier added an extra layer of comfort. Having access to laundry was also a major plus! One suggestion would be to add blackout curtains, which could make the space even more relaxing. We a great experience staying here, and we are absolutely planning on staying again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Charlaine’s place! Our trip was off to a great start with Charlaine’s warm welcome and local recommendations. The area is walkable and close to Liberty State Park and the light rail that takes you to trains to Manhattan. The two stores right across the street were also great for getting food and snacks. Thank you so much for hosting us, Charlaine!

Very cozy, clean room with a mini-fridge and filtered water. They just put a new memory foam mattress on the bed, which was very comfortable. Stella was quick to respond to messages and very kind and accommodating. It was so nice to come back to this very private and quiet room after a long day out in the city! Within walking distance of several metro stations.

it was the perfect home for our family. Everything that we needed was all there. Communication was easy and Gregory was always responsive. We will surely be back!!

Great apartment, equipped with everything: well-stocked kitchen, bathroom with two sets of towels (because I stayed 10 nights). Zoey is super attentive and always quick to respond to messages, great communication. The only downside: the room is not well insulated acoustically, and there are no blackout curtains on the window above the bed. Personally, it doesn't bother me to sleep with natural light, but if someone is bothering it can be a problem. All in all, an apartment that I would recommend and would definitely consider it for my next trip to NYC. It's about a 10/12 minute walk from Journal Square where you can take the PATH and be in New York in 20 minutes. There is a fairly well-stocked supermarket within a 10-minute walk. Clean apartment.

The apartment is spacious, spotless, and only several short blocks from the PATH. Downstairs are two large bedrooms (both including closets), laundry room, and bathroom. Upstairs are a comfortable kitchen with breakfast table plus large dining room and large living room, both spare, as shown. We had thought we'd have guests but didn't in the end, so the two of us happily spent most of our non-sleeping time in the kitchen. I worried that the front bedroom would get too much street noise, but it did not. We took advantage of the Peloton and washer/dryer, but not the piano. David is very responsive. It turned out to be a good stay.

Let me start of by saying - AMAZING VIEW. Totally worth the amount we paid for our stay....Loved the place, great amenities, beautiful place Would love to come again and stay at this place.

I had a great stay at Ozgun’s place! It was very cozy. The bed was super comfortable and I enjoyed the ambiance of the historic home. I really appreciated the effective A/Cs on the hot days!

The apartment was perfect for spending the day in New York visiting friends while making a hearty breakfast and a good dinner after walking hours thru Central Park and the Met. The food stores include a really good Key Foods, a fish shop, and a cheese shop, as well as farmers markets three times a week right around the corner, so if you like to cook, you’re all set. And if you want great food not at NYC prices, the dinner offerings around Grove Street are really good and diverse. Speaking of diversity, this neighbourhood is totally diverse and felt very welcoming. The apartment is comfortably outfitted, and has ample seating to rest your bones or eat your breakfast. The brick walls and artwork made it feel totally cozy after the rainy days we had this week. Our hosts were responsive throughout our trip, answering all questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay!

There was a lovely welcome package with a note, cookies and water awaiting us. They texted through Airbnb to make sure our stay was going well and we didn't need anything. Overall it was such an easy and relaxing experience that made our first trip to NYC a delight. I would come back again and highly recommend Timothy's place to everyone!!! Thanks so much.

Mel was a very responsive host, the place looked exactly as depicted. It was quiet and peaceful. I was dreading a hot and stuffy apartment because it was muggy when we arrived but it was well-air conditioned in expectation of our arrival. I did not love the PATH train, but the ferry to Manhattan was delightful.

Apartment was clean,spacious we stayed 6 nights with our 2 year old baby. You can get bus no 126 which will take you to time square so very convenient to travel to newyork. Aj and John were very helpful and great host. We had a great stay. Best wishes . Bimla

Loved the stay in the apartment! It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed to have a little time when life takes over. Will for sure be booking the spot again!! The view of NYC was beautiful. Well worth every penny-one of the nicest, cleanest places we’ve stayed so far! Great host, amazing location, and quite cute neighborhood incredibly close to the PATH! Hoboken was great and getting into Manhattan was incredibly convenient. The Airbnb was spotless and the couch was already made for my dad. Roomy, homey, and a great stay. Loved this place!! If I ever need an Airbnb in Hoboken I will look to rebook this place

Very good spot and host. Very easy to get to NYC with Path trains and return after midnight. The apartment is as advertise. We had small issue with smoke detector as it is super sensetive, but host was really helpful with it.
