Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Hudson County

So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

great place!! very comfortable and clean. the location is great to visit Manhattan. I was able to park my car there and take a 20min bus to the city without any issues. I definitely will be back!

We had a lovely stay! Looked just like the photos and the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet. Conveniently located near MetLife Stadium which was our whole purpose of staying here. Would def stay here again.

The place was very cozy and homey. It was renovated very recently, so everything felt new. The living room and kitchen were spacious and well equipped. It was evident that Karla the host thought about all the small details to make this a great stay. The house is a walkable distance from bus routes to NYC. Karla is super responsive and addressed all the questions we had quickly and efficiently!

Mary Jeans home was beautiful. Convenient location for what we needed for the weekend. Mary Jean was an extremely responsive and helpful host. She went above and beyond to help accommodate us. Nana stay was a wonderful place to stay at. We felt right at home, it was spotless and had all we needed to feel comfortable. Natalia and Islam was easy to communicate with and responsive to our needs. Will definitely stay again.

Have a great stay! The house is located on a quiet street. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. We really enjoyed our time here, and it was very convenient being so close to the bus stop for New York City!

It is a lovely historical building in a safe and peaceful neighborhood. The townhouse is very clean, with beautiful art collections and bountiful supplies. Convenient location with easy transportation to NYC, taking 119 to Port Authority ( which is next to Time Square). There are several nice grocery store and restaurants in walking distance. Stephen is such a great host! He is warm, welcoming and understanding! It is a hidden gem in Jersey for visiting NYC. Definitely worth it!!

Rogner's place is perfect for your stay in New Jersey! We went to see Beyoncé and couldn't be in a better place. We were close to the train station, great restaurants, and within walking distance to these places. There's designated parking, so you won't have to park in the streets. The place itself is cozy, warm, and has everything one can need. We will definitely be back in Jersey, baby!

Jennifer's place was squeaky clean, which we really appreciated! Probably the cleanest Airbnb I've ever stayed in! :). Jennifer was very responsive the entire time. The place looks exactly as the pictures. We enjoyed our time here and it was an easy commute to Manhattan. I would highly recommend Jennifer's place!

It's indeed a rare find! Great location, clean and comfy home. Lots of windows and sunshine and overall a very good place. I recommend staying here if you plan on visiting NYC via the Subway. Station is nearby and a lots of good restaurants walking distance away.

We had a great time at the house. It takes about 1hour to go to Manhattan which for us was fine because we had plenty of days to explore but if you’re going tight on time and are planning to go to NYC i would recommend stay in a location closer to NYC, it would make your trip easier

The apartment worked out perfect for a 3 night stay for my son and I. The place was very clean and location was perfect. It was walking distance to restaurants and transportation. Marissa and Bill were great hosts. They didn't have another guest coming in right away and were kind enough to be flexible on checkout. Very generous-we really appreciated it!

Perfect apartment, really good option for people who want to travel to Manhattan, really easy access with PATH train. The area is super nice and green, really good places if you’re traveling with kids. The host is amazing! Super helpful and very kind. Apartment is very clean, everything like on the picture. The area is so clean, pleasant. Many places for walk, shops, park, it is easy to park the car. This place is literally perfect! Truly recommend this apartment, we loved it ❤️

Mila was an excellent host. She provided all the necessary information through the website and printed papers and responded fast to messages. The place was clean and comfortable, and looked exactly like the pictures provided on the website. Clean bedding and towels, all necessary toiletries, fruits and drinks were all provided upon arrival. We felt very welcome. We simply could not have asked for a better host, and we will recommend this place to family and friends if they visit the area and need a place to stay. The neighborhood is cozy and peaceful, and public transport and restaurants are within walking distance. If you are looking for a peaceful place to get away from the hustle and bustle after a long day in Manhattan, with a caring and kind host, this is the place for you!

Tim & Stacey were fabulous hosts! They had birthday decorations and a hand written note waiting for us upon arrival. They were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The home was very clean and spacious. Walkable to many places and a quick, easy trip to NYC. Highly recommend! One of the best air bnb experiences I’ve ever had!

We had a wonderful 5 day stay at Raquel's place. The house is neat, stylish and in a very secure environment. The rooms, towels and sheets were clean and hygienic. The kitchen was very well equipped that we barely had to buy anything for cooking. There was a quaint little table for two, which is good to have evening or morning coffee in. Since there is two doors for the unit, one black and one teal, the place is super secure. It is also very conveniently near to public transports and has good connectivity to most of the places. The host was super responsive and kind. She went out of her way to make us feel at home and comfortable during our stay. We'd definitely book with her again. 10/10 would recommend for everyone

This Airbnb was perfect for our needs! It was clean, comfortable, and close to public transit. AJ was easy to get a hold of and he even brought us chargers twice. It's in a beautiful neighborhood, too. There are lots of options to eat around the place.

Great host, amazing location, and quite cute neighborhood incredibly close to the PATH! Hoboken was great and getting into Manhattan was incredibly convenient. The Airbnb was spotless and the couch was already made for my dad. Roomy, homey, and a great stay. Loved this place!! If I ever need an Airbnb in Hoboken I will look to rebook this place

Very good spot and host. Very easy to get to NYC with Path trains and return after midnight. The apartment is as advertise. We had small issue with smoke detector as it is super sensetive, but host was really helpful with it.
