Holiday rentals with a patio in Dračevac

Cute, small apartment within walking distance of the amphitheater and the city center. On the balcony, above the rooftops, you can enjoy the evening in a relaxed way. The bathroom is small, but perfectly adequate and has a washing machine. Caterina is very friendly and responds quickly with helpful tips. There is a cheap parking lot just around the next corner.

We had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful apartment in Croatia and it was simply fantastic! The location is perfect – a short walk to the beautiful beach and lively restaurants. The apartment itself was modern, clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would like to emphasise the warm hospitality of the host. Sandro and Kristina welcomed us very well. Accommodation was very clean/as in the photos and in a good location. The beach was about 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. We were very satisfied and would definitely come back :)

We loved our stay at Darkos place. Nice and clean and he had plenty of towels and wash cloths. No clutter and we loved the location-so close to local sites and restaurants

Great communication. From booking, check-in & parking to check-out, everything went well. Everything was clean and I felt right at home. The balcony from which you can even see the sea from a distance is simply wonderful in the evening and in the morning to end or start the day. Glad to come back! :)

The apartment matched the pictures and was super well maintained and clean upon arrival. The studio apartment is sufficient for 2 people. You should only be aware that according to the pictures there is no sofa or living room. The existing terrace must be shared if the other apartment is rented, but this is not a problem, as the terrace is large enough. There are plenty of parking spaces around the property and you can always find one. The way to the beach is not far, but you have to be aware that the way back is correspondingly steep uphill.

zoki is truly a superhost, was very responsive provided detailed instructions on parking and this was the only airbnb which had modern USB-C outlets. She was even thoughtful to have a USB to USB-C adapter. Kitchen was useful in making breakfast and coffee & wine was provided by the host too! Easy walk to all main areas on Rovinj. Great stay overall.

Tanja and Darko welcomed us in a loving way. Smiling and always available, they gave us all the useful information to explore the area and pampered us by offering us products from their territory and an excellent snack prepared by Tanja. The accommodation is extremely well-kept and very clean, with air conditioning, mosquito nets, parking and a small fenced garden perfect for traveling with your dog. Located in a quiet and convenient area, just a few minutes' walk from the sea. A convenience store, bakery and restaurant are also within walking distance. Highly recommended! We can't wait to come back!!

Katja is a great host and welcomed us with a shot of a local drink, nice location and everything was clean.

Paolo’s place is very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed staying in their farm very much. They are very sincere and friendly. They even provided us free eggs from their hens. Their home is well equipped with everything we needed and beds are comfortable. I like the location too because it is quite central in Istra area.

Unfortunately, we had only booked this completely perfect accommodation for 5 days and would have liked to have stayed longer. In this beautiful place you can fall and enjoy life. Sonja is very warm and helps with all concerns in a sympathetic way. We would love to book our next trip right away.

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

I would recommend Branka’s place to anyone looking for a place to have as a base for exploring Istria. Place was clean, everything was as described and check in was very easy.

Our stay was lovely, everything was as described! It’s close to Rovinj (10 mins by car), the house is beautiful, the garden patio and grill station is brilliant, it’s spacious, we loved everything about it, would stay here again!

Mira is a lovely host, who was more than happy to accommodate and help despite a language barrier. The apartment is a little tough to get to; on a steep residential street so be aware of that. However, when you reach it, you have a lovely view of the city, looking exactly like the photos, and a lovely clean apartment. Thank you Mira for a lovely stay. :)

We arrived for four days on site in Pula. The location was ideal by car with little noise, in the surroundings and Jelena who immediately helped us and gave us the information we asked for when we arrived. The kitchen is super well-equipped, the bathroom and bedroom too and the balcony is very nice. Thank you Jelena!

This apartment was exactly as advertised, looking just like the photos and matching the description perfectly! We had a fantastic time; the space is not only beautiful but also very functional and comfortable for our stay. Katharina was an incredibly helpful and responsive host throughout our entire visit, and we will definitely be looking to book here again on our next trip!

Albina was very friendly and gave us very helpful information. The flat was lovely, very clean and all you need even for a longer stay is there. We would definitely come back again. It’s also very nice that Italy is super close and there are many towns around that are beautiful and worth a visit.

Great stay at Marina's place. The place is as described, clean, well located (20min on foot to the city centre). Marina was very helpful with check in as my flight was delayed and she still made herself available despite the fact I reached her place close to midnight. A note in case that's useful, the place doesn't have a lift so you need to be able to walk up the stairs as well as carry your luggage up. Highly recommended if you find yourself going to Pula.
