The apartment is located on the second floor (bel étage) in an old building from 1905, which has been lovingly and stylishly restored. All rooms are spacious. From the bedroom and the balcony you have a view of the Elbe, which here makes a wide arc around the Ostragehe. The double bed in the bedroom measures 180 x 200 cm. The kitchen is integrated in the living room. There is also a dining table, a sofa bed and a television armchair.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Welcome to our cozy studio apartment on the 2nd floor of a villa in the Prussian Quarter. The apartment has a comfortable double bed (180 × 200 + bed linens), TV, Wi-Fi, a small kitchen with all the important cooking utensils, a cozy breakfast area by the window, bathroom with shower (towels are provided), blinds to darken the windows. A seat can be used in the garden.

The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.

Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.

You'll love my place because of the total peace and the direct view of the Elbe with its own gravel beach in front and its own forest behind. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), cyclists and people with dogs.
