Loft holiday rentals in Dresden

Everything went great. We (the four of us) had enough space, we could cook, have a movie night and the location of the apartment was also great to hang out in the Neustadt in the evening. I would definitely recommend Ronny's apartment.

We felt completely comfortable in the accommodation. The rooms, lovingly furnished with lots of beautiful details, immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. Communication with Thomas was also very friendly – he personally inquired if we arrived well and found everything. There were minor flaws in cleanliness, but nothing dramatic. It was not a sterile 5-star hotel, but a homely holiday home with character. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful, and the view is a real highlight. In the evening we could admire the starry sky, in the morning we were gently awakened by the first rays of sunshine. We are happy to recommend the property and will be happy to come back on occasion.

Great apartment that is very quiet but still very well connected. Every 10 minutes a nearby train goes directly into town and the supermarkets are right around the corner. The apartment is very nicely decorated and very cozy. We can recommend everything and had a nice time in Dresden.

The accommodation is beautifully located, quiet, very lovingly and high quality furnished. There is a small sale of homemade jams etc. The sauna is cozy and lovingly furnished.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and cozy, in a stylish loft design. It offers everything you need: dishes, appliances and furniture in perfect condition, everything necessary for cooking, washing and cleaning. Particularly noteworthy is the perfect cleanliness and excellent sound insulation. The location is ideal: on a quiet street, 7 minutes' walk to Heidenau train station. A shopping mall with all major shops, a pharmacy and a bank are within walking distance. The host was incredibly helpful and hospitable, immediately supported us with all questions and made our stay particularly pleasant. The apartment has a creative atmosphere with musical instruments and a large table tennis table. Thank you, Martin, for this perfect accommodation! We had a wonderful time with our loved ones.

The accommodation is super nicely furnished and equipped with everything you could need. Since it is surrounded by greenery, you can enjoy nature at the same time. Many small decorations testify to a lot of attention to detail. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed the peace and quiet there. I would definitely book the accommodation again and recommend it to others.

We had a nice stay for a long weekend in this apartment. In the beginning we encountered some issues originating from previous guests, but the hosts were very friendly & responsive and helped to address the problems as quick as possible. Upstairs in the bedroom of the loft it was quite warm which might intensify in Summer. However, the hosts provide a fan and portable A/C to create a comfortable temperature for sleeping. Location-wise it is a very good starting point to reach the main sites and a train station for going to, for instance, to the Saxon Switzerland. Overall, we enjoyed our stay a lot and can recommend the place.
