This unique apartment not only is a one bedroom flat, but it has a nice, quite big kitchen with a breakfast table, a private garden with another table to enjoy some quiet moments or hosting guests. Guests have their own toilet as you have your master en-suite bathroom with a double-bathtub, a separate rainfall shower, toilet, wash machine and dryer. In-between your bedroom and bathroom, there is a dressing room with closets and access to your own storage space, e.g. for your suitcases.

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. Our heating works with heat from the earth and we are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.

Close to Dolderbahn and public transport. From the Römerhof it takes about 15 minutes to walk up the hill. With the Dolderbahn from Römerhof to "Waldhaus", then it is only 5 minutes to the flat. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity for a fee.
