We are going on a world tour with our family at the beginning of July, hence the rental of our beautiful, recently built 165 m² villa. We leave games and books in the bedrooms so that families feel at home. We wish you a wonderful vacation in this wonderful setting (close to Annecy, but calm, peaceful and rural): close to the lake and the bike path while being less than 5 minutes from all the nearby shops. Accommodation in part of our primary residence. Nant Terlain is the name of the stream that runs through the garden and you will hear the small waterfall on the terrace. In this peaceful retreat live hedgehogs, cats etc... in harmony, you may see them pass by on the terrace. You understand why we can't accept your pets.
