Accommodation for 2 to 4 people, ideal for a couple or a family with children. Beautiful view of the mountains and Lake Annecy. The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor of our house and has its own separate access via a staircase. A terrace will allow you to enjoy the view and dine outdoors. A bedroom with a 160-cm (5' 3") bed, which includes an en-suite shower room. In the living room, there is a sofa bed with 2 separate 90 x 190 cm (35 x 75 in) mattresses. Kitchen with dishwasher . Washing machine. Sheets and towels provided.

Nous partons en tour du monde en famille début juillet, d’où la mise en location de notre belle villa récente de 165M2. Nous laissons les jeux et livres dans les chambres pour que les familles se sentent comme à la maison. Nous vous souhaitons de merveilleuses vacances dans ce cadre merveilleux (proximité d’Annecy, mais calme paisible et champêtre) : proche du lac et de la piste cyclable tout en étant à moins de 5 minutes de tous les commerces de proximités. Bel ensoleillement toute la journée.
