This spacious and comfortable 65 m2 apartment located in the heart of the old town of Annecy consists of a large bedroom with a 160 bed, a living room with two sofa beds (160 × 200 and 90 x 190 for children only), a large kitchen with bay window offering stunning views of Place Sainte Claire. You will also have a large walk-in shower, separate toilet and laundry facilities. You will have a parking space in the condominium's underground parking lot.

Between lake and mountains, located 5 minutes by car from the lake (Duingt beach), our apartment is built in an old farm. It has a capacity of 5 people (maximum 6 with sofa bed). It is located at an altitude of 800 m in a typical village of the Bauges Nature Park. You'll find direct access for mountain hiking or snowshoeing from the house. It's a peaceful place in the middle of the mountains.

In the surrounding of Annecy as the mountains start , this 180m² big chalet-style home will be the perfect place for family reunion or holidays with friends. The house has a capacity of 13 to 15 guests (providing that the last 2 use the convertible couch). It is located away from the main city, between meadows and forest.
