Ideally located between the lakes of Annecy and Bourget, our cottage is located at the entrance to the Bauges Nature Park. In summer, you will enjoy the mountains and lakes for walks, hikes and swimming... In winter you will enjoy the joys of snow and skiing with two small family ski resorts nearby: Semnoz (30 min) and Margeriaz (40 min) as well as the Revard plateau (40 min) for cross-country skiing and hiking. The Aravis resorts are 1 hour away.

This crossing and bright apartment is located in the heart of Annecy, where everything is possible to walk, 10 minutes from the lake or the old town. There is free parking nearby. A terrace "garden" south side nice is arranged. The courier center is 2 minutes walk and allows to have all the necessities of everyday life, and much more (monoprix, fnac, cinema, etc ...). Annecy is an incredible city and we hope you will feel it by living with us.

Close to the apartment are many hiking trails with more or less elevation gain. The apartment is located in a small condominium of three apartments, one of which we occupy.

I offer you my beautiful chalet up on the mountain ;-) A true haven of peace, this cocoon benefits from all modern comforts and a large SOUTH-facing terrace offering a magnificent unobstructed view of the Aravis mountain range. It is ideally located 5 minutes by car (or bus) from the ski slopes of the family resort "La Croix-Fry", 15 minutes from all shops (La Clusaz, Thônes) and 40 minutes from Annecy or Megève.

The Lavouet Cottage

On the heights, 5 minutes from the city center, come and recharge your batteries in this unique and soothing setting. This return to basics promises you rest and relaxation. Close to everything, but in the most complete calm, you can stroll through nature. Equipped with indoor dry toilet and shower room (no shower but a water point for your daily toilet). Breakfast is delivered to you every morning in a basket.

Multiple activities nearby summer and winter: paragliding or hang gliding, cannyoning, Angon waterfall, lakefront swimming, hiking at the foot of the studio, golf of Talloires or St Giez, the castles... in short your days will be full.
