Great stay at Dominique's, the apartment is very comfortable and very well-equipped. We were hosted very well, and the walking distance to the lake is a real plus. The only small inconvenience is the proximity of the apartment to the road, which sometimes disturbs the serenity!

We had a great stay at Lorrie's place. Tastefully decorated accommodation, available host and very good advice, pleasant setting, lake less than 10 min walk from the accommodation, arrival and autonomous and easy to access place. We recommend this accommodation and we will be happy to come back to visit the surroundings.

Hélène's accommodation is very well equipped, very welcoming, a nice terrace and on the edge of a beautiful river. Hélène is a caring and very available hostess. I recommend it for a peaceful, quiet stay, close to Annecy but away from its hustle and bustle!

I would definitely recommend David's place. We had a pleasant stay. Perfect for two people for a few days. Very clean accommodation. Center within walking distance in 2 minutes. Thank you again David for hosting us 😊

Apartment equal to the photos, very well equipped with microwave, toaster, and even raclette appliance. Very well located, go on foot to the main tourist attractions and markets. Sunshine balcony and cozy apartment. The bathroom sink was a little dirty and the shower sometimes took a long time to heat up. Very clear check-in instructions, but I found it unusual to request not only to wash, but to dry and store everything that was used. Overall, the host was very attentive, I would stay here again. Fantastic stay in the heart of Annecy. The flat was very clean and comfortable, and Dominique was responsive to all our queries.

Isabelle was very gracious host and very pleasant to deal with. She had for us a bottle of juice and a jar of apricot jam that she made herself. 💕 really appreciated it. Her place was spacious and very clean in a quiet location, walkable to the city center. Although we did not use the kitchen, she had everything for us to use - oil, spices, pots and pans. The air conditioner in living room and bedrooms is one that you put ice into to cool the air. It worked for us, weather was still pleasant early June. It was a perfect trip. Ideally located accommodation, close to Old Annecy and the lake, but quiet unlike the accommodation located in the crowded streets of tourists. Large balcony with lake view, perfectly equipped and distributed, the quality of the welcome... Absolutely nothing to complain about, we will definitely come back!

This place is beautiful, peaceful, and great for families. The dock drops into waist-deep, crystal clear water with a soft sandy bottom. The only problem was that the backyard was too good—our kids never wanted to leave to go sight-seeing! The concierge staff was very helpful, and went out of their way to book local experiences for us that aligned with our unique needs. It’s within walking distance of one of the best bakeries I’ve ever been to: Matt and Lulu’s. Also a short walk from the boat dock where you can rent paddle boats, pontoon boats, kayaks, SUPs, etc. We would absolutely come back again!

Very nice location, with stunning lake views. We really enjoyed the view, as well as the layout of the cottage, while we spent the Christmas holidays there, mostly indoors.

An unforgettable stay in a real corner of paradise. The house is so well located, you don't believe it, you think you're on a private beach, just beautiful (and very quiet!) We return home, rested, refreshed, thank you to Dominique for hosting us.

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

we spent the weekend of the ascent under the sun facing Mont Blanc , the chalet is in a very quiet area with splendid views. It is very functional with a typical Savoyard decor. Thanks to Theo for the quality brought to this place. We'd love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Claude and Michelle's. The kitchen was really well equipt and we enjoyed cooking and eating on the terrace at lunchtime when we needed to keep out of the sun 🌞. The apartment was extremely clean and was well laid out and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Lastly, the location was perfect for accessing the bike path, buses and the beach. As it is just off the market square, there was some noise in the mornings, but this wasn't too disruptive and was to be expected. Thank you again for having us 🙏😊
