4 bedroom 3 bathroom house near lake

We are going on a world tour with our family at the beginning of July, hence the rental of our beautiful, recently built 165 m² villa. We leave games and books in the bedrooms so that families feel at home. We wish you a wonderful vacation in this wonderful setting (close to Annecy, but calm, peaceful and rural): close to the lake and the bike path while being less than 5 minutes from all the nearby shops. Beautiful sunshine all day long.
