Designed to accommodate 8 guests, it offers all the comforts you need to share unforgettable moments with family or friends, whether swimming, hiking or simply relaxing with views of the mountains. It features a partially enclosed, landscaped plot with a heated pool (May to Sept) & SPA overlooking the mountains.

In a quiet and peaceful environment, this house at the foot of the mountain is a stone's throw from the lake, amenities and the bike path House of 80 m2, you will enjoy its garden, two terraces, plancha, ping pong table, internet/TV Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with a double bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the ground floor, a living room of about 35m2, a shower room with toilet, the sofa can be converted into a 140X190 bed. The lake is a 10min walk and the bike path is 100m away.

We are going on a world tour with our family at the beginning of July, hence the rental of our beautiful, recently built 165 m² villa. We leave games and books in the bedrooms so that families feel at home. We wish you a wonderful vacation in this wonderful setting (close to Annecy, but calm, peaceful and rural): close to the lake and the bike path while being less than 5 minutes from all the nearby shops.
