The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

This cosy flat in Buchholz offers a newly renovated bathroom and a comfortable double bed as well as a sofa bed. Perfect for anyone who would like to take a trip into the city: The S-Bahn train to Düsseldorf and Duisburg is just a 5-minute walk away. A coffee machine is available and there is free parking directly in front of the house. The 6-Seen Platte (recreation area consisting of 6 lakes and forests) is also within walking distance. Ideal for both city visitors and those seeking relaxation!

The apartment is well equipped and offers a very central location in Duisburg city center near the popular Dellplatz with many pubs and cafes. Our recently renovated apartment in quiet Neudorf offers quick access to the main station (15 min by bus/train) as well as both university campuses (10 min walk) due to its central location. The zoo and the regatta course (Wedau) can also be reached within 20 minutes! You will stay on the 1st floor of our house, but enjoy privacy through your own entrance. We rent our small guest room (... it is ONE room, even if Airbnb lists the living room and bedroom separately in the pictures) with private bathroom and entrance. The room has a bed 80 x 200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160 x 200 cm. The room is "only" about 13 square meters (plus bathroom), but otherwise has everything you need for a short stay: a closet, 2 chairs, a table, fridge, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery ...

The apartment was newly built in 2015 as a ground-level extension of a complex renovation of a beautiful villa (built in 1904). The large window front opens the view into the 1000 m2 garden. This also includes a small terrace, a bathroom, a kitchenette and a parking space on the property.
