We offer a superbly furnished duplex apartment in an old building from 1907. You get the keys and can immediately dive into your privacy. Whether cooking deliciously downstairs and listening to the sounds of old circuit boards at the table or enjoying the huge room with 60 m² and a 4 m ceiling height upstairs. There are five of us living in the house. The four of us as a family and another tenant. Our doors are always open, the hallway is part of our world. Feel free to come by! The apartment has been completely renovated in May 2024. Our large apartment with 3 bedrooms, big kitchen, bathroom and free parking is able to comfortably accommodate up to 11 people (including children). A good option for families, travelers and business trips. The Apartment is located 30 min from Airport Dusseldorf and Exhibition Center. There are all basic necessities, including free Wi-fi, TV, washing machine, Netflix. We have a bbq area with a Weber grill in the courtyard for our guest.

I use this apartment as my second place to stay or for when friends and family are visiting. So you shall not miss anything. Around in the area you will find all amenities of everyday life... groceries, transportation, restaurants, etc. It is only 10 minutes by feet to downtown & main station.
