It was a great stay. I'm sure I'll be booking with Svenja often. The house was decorated great for Christmas and communication with Svenja was really excellent! I can only give an absolute recommendation. If you want to go to Moers, the bus stop is within walking distance, as is the center of Schwafheim with various shopping opportunities. And especially important for me, the AWO Seniorenzentrum is also only 4-5 minutes by walk.

Stay was very pleasant. The house was great for a group of 5 friends. Everyone had their own place, but you could also sit together comfortably. Highly recommended!

Everything is great!

We spent 2 weeks in Frank’s house. Every room is big as the photo.Shower room is big and very clean.Frank and Anja take care of the house and the garden very neatly. We left in a hurry and clean the house try our best.I’d like to live here again.

I was staying with Francesco and Michaela for one night as part of a multi-day bike trip. Francesco welcomed me very kindly and is just a super nice person. The apartment is top. It is actually a complete apartment with cooking facilities, a living room, a large bedroom and a great bathroom. It was all very clean and well organized. I felt totally comfortable right away and would definitely come back if I was in Essen again. Thanks again to Francesco for the great accommodation and the nice contact.

We very much enjoyed our stay from June 4 to 10, 2025. Positive Cleanliness: The apartment was sparkling clean and well maintained when we arrived. Washing machine also worked! Location: Quietly located and parking directly in front of the door. Price-performance ratio: Adequate price for the size and amenities of the apartment. Check-in: Easy and friendly check-in. Communication: Friendly and quick answers before and during the stay. Suggestion for improvement: Heating: Upon our arrival, the heating was completely turned off and had to be turned on first. A general switch-on during the visit would be great! Conclusion All in all, a recommended accommodation for short stays in Mülheim – especially for guests who value cleanliness and a quiet but central location. We were pleased!

We were already very kindly advised and informed by Robert in advance. Upon arrival, we were very warmly welcomed. We felt right at home in the apartment. There was everything you need and if something is missing or a question comes up, the host is always available and very helpful. There were even some extras, like a scooter for my daughter and a folding bike for me. Really great. We also found the atmosphere in the house and the surroundings to be extremely pleasant. Very quiet and peaceful. We are very grateful to have made such a stroke of luck. Accommodation and host have my full recommendation. Thank you!

We felt like home: kitchen at your discretion with everything you need to dine but also to cook . Quiet, clean, cozy, privacy . I also received something good and cold upon arrival! If any issues came up, Michael was prompt and got back to us right away . The apartment is gorgeous from all points of view . Thanks for hosting , we had a perfect vacation ❤️ I highly recommend !

We had a family reunion in Duisburg and therefore needed accommodation for one night. Sabine and Manuel's apartment was on the same street, which was very convenient for us. The key handover was very straightforward (after a phone call, the key was brought to us!). We were actually only there to sleep. Everything we needed was there and we felt right at home. The apartment has a pleasant atmosphere and is especially beautiful in the morning when the sun shines in. We will be happy to come back!

Everything was very good, I felt like I was at home. Karin + Jupp are understanding and solution-oriented people. They also thought of many details that might be needed. We had a good time here. Clemens was very nice and the check-in was relaxed and easy. The accommodation is modern, clean and has everything you need. Located in a detached house neighborhood, it was also pleasantly quiet. It's not a long drive to the Düsseldorf trade fair.

Had a great stay!! There was a nice communication and the apartment was clean and easy to use. The only downside is that it was around 10 degrees outside but was very hot inside (without the heating on). No further comments or remarks! We recommended to everyone!

The flat was a very well organized, refirbished, clean and tidy. Sanel was also perfect, he personally met us and introduced all amenities of the flat. I would recommend this flat and Sanel to anyone planning visit around Duesseldorf or Duisburg.

Even though our stay was only of short duration, we felt very comfortable. The apartment was clean, cozy and the terrace invited you to linger. The apartment is located in a super quiet, rural area, far away from the noise. Exactly what we needed for our stay.
