Holiday rentals with a patio in Duisburg

Very nice place and the owner has a superb coffee shop downstairs!

It was straightforward and exactly what we needed for a night out. The apartment is very clean and for short stays it offers everything you need. There are two sleeping places, the large bed and a sleeping couch. If you want to use it, it is helpful to let Rina know so she can get it. Also very cozy!

The stay with Hans-Hubertus was consistently pleasant and relaxed. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped and beautifully located - perfect for a relaxing break. The polite and helpful manner of the host is particularly positive. They felt welcome right away. Thank you for the hospitality – absolutely recommended!

A great place to stay with supermarkets either opposite the apartment or within an easy 10 min walk. Accommodation is comfortable and spacious with views from the balcony. It was ideal for our family group of 4 adults and 2 children. Public transport was also easy with a U Bahn station located at the apartment building. We would certainly stay again.

Valentina's apartment is beautiful and in a lovely area. Clean and cozy with an amazing balcony looking into the treetops, where we saw birds and squirrels. Very nice to have plenty of essentials supplied like tea and coffee. Very comfy bed. Fantastic supermarket nearby and lots of other shops and cafes all walkable. And lovely parks nearby and an easy walk to the centre. Thank you very much Valentina!

Perfect spot for our stay in Duisburg :) Thomas was very responsive and everything needed was provided in the apartment. It was very clean as well! The location was very close to the Hbf and had everything necessary nearby in walking distance. Recommended to everyone!

If you are looking for an AirBnb in Essen, you can't get past the Ewald mine! I am still more than impressed with the first moment of entering the apartment so far. A place to stay, spacious, lots of space, super clean, and especially decorated in a great and more than harmonious concept. I also liked the communication. There were few messages, but Julian was always quick to reach and these messages were so accurate that they also said everything. If I go to Essen again, definitely come back here! Great apartment, just great!

It was just beautiful! We lacked nothing, and we ended up living there for three months! Once we had no baking paper, I asked if they could help us. What could you and the next day we had a whole pack lying in front of the door. Really attentive. This and many other friendly gestures really made this stay a second home. It is also super child-friendly. What can I say, if we didn't live in the neighborhood, we would definitely come back 😉

Ulrike's house is the best place we've stayed in Europe in so many years (maybe not one of them), her home is like a paradise, the environment is very beautiful, and it makes you feel the beauty of being in nature. At the same time, Ulrike and her family are very kind and friendly, friendly and enthusiastic, and can always help us solve any housing problems in time. Very uncomplicated host, friendly and helpful. The accommodation was great, very tastefully decorated, with creative solutions for a basement ambience. Those who value the opportunity to watch television should have a suitable account (?) I don't know anything about it. Perfect for tired cyclists!

My mom and I felt very comfortable at the place. Everything was available for daily use. The place was sparkling clean and very comfortable. The garden with terrace is a beautiful little oasis with beautiful plants and with cozy seating. Guiseppe and his wife are very warm , friendly people. I felt at home. If we come back to Oberhausen, I will definitely choose this accommodation again ( hopefully free again at this time) . Was really very nice there. This place was absolutely perfect in every way! The house is fully equipped with everything we needed, and the air conditioning in every room was a big plus - especially during the warm days. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous welcome snacks and treats that were provided - a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. The TVs were large, modern, and great for relaxing after a long day out. Timur was an outstanding host - super responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again in the future!

Wonderfully quiet and separate small apartment with all the trimmings, great bathroom with great shower, we liked it again, except for the weather, but Frank can't help it!

Cara was very friendly, always communicated reliably, We liked the apartment very much, the price is great! The small terrace with the large pass-through window to the kitchen was the cozy highlight for us on the sunny warm days in the morning and evening:) Ideally located for an extended weekend to explore the industrial culture between Duisburg and Dortmund, and at the same time in the idyllic old town Kern for a few minutes on foot over the beautiful Ruhr... And it went very well with Cara's apartment! Thank you:)

We felt home. The appartment is just nice for 7. The bed quality is excellent, the linen smells extra clean. The house is equiped everything: From oil sugar salt coffee to dishwasher to shampoo to laundry detergent. Theres also coffee machine, dishwasher, laundry washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, lots of toilet rolls etc... Paul was very responsive and gave very clear instructions. He make sure we arrived at the appartment (Even we arrive at 1am). We forgot our key inside the house and "the rescue" is very quick ! (Very kind of him !) I recommand !

I had a wonderful stay in Stefano ‘s apartment.The location is very good,bus station,tram station are closed to the apartment.The apartment is very quiet,I can sleep very well ，there are lots of restaurants around the apartment,and they are very good. Me, my husband & 9 month old stayed in Ulf & Charlottes apartment and it was honestly wonderful. Beautifully presented and had everything we needed and more. All the little touches also like the baby snacks & toys was lovely. Both very responsive and informative. Always happy to help whenever. We couldn’t have picked a better apartment and better hosts. The apartment was absolutely awesome I was on a bike tour with my children. This apartment was one of three we had on our tour. Huge old building directly on the Ruhr and thus only a few meters from the Ruhr Valley Cycle Path. We were able to park bicycles in the slimmed-down garden. The apartment under the roof is huge and super modern. In the apartment, a huge balcony and outside a roof terrace where I could still enjoy my beer in the sun at 9 pm. The kids, on the other hand, watched movies on a huge TV, It was all perfect. THANK YOU We would have liked to have stayed longer. We would definitely book again for the next tour Axis....The Baldeneysee is also just around the corner
