In our apartment, equipped with a lot of love, you will feel comfortable in the 75 sqm feel-good apartment. The apartment is centrally located (train station 5 minutes walk, Düsseldorf highway 20 minutes) good connection to the highway. The laundry can be washed by me for a fee of €3 per machine. In the kitchen there is a fully automatic coffee machine and microwave. Spices, sugar, flour, and the first welcome drinks are available for the time being. If something is missing, I'm always happy to help.

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.
