lovely cottage for 2 people, the location in North street is perfect with free parking outside. The cottage is really well equipped including ironing board and iron...really useful as we were going to a wedding locally. Everything you would want in the kitchen too although we didnt coo as thete are so many lovely restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Would highly recommend this cottage and Gary was a great host checking in with us after we arrived to make sure everything was OK.

Lovely little place in a brilliant location. Very clean and the kitchen was particularly well kitted out. Hosts are lovely, excellent communities and would absolutely recommend.

We (2 adults, 2 children under 6) stayed for roughly over a week and we had a great time there. The apartment looks as advertised, well the screen in the living room is actually much bigger than in the pictures, and it had the right size for us four and our needs during our stay. We also enjoyed the garden, playing there with the kids. The hosts are perfectly prepared, sending information and giving instructions at the right time, and answer promptly on every question. The neighborhood is a bit outside of and lower than the city center, and is therefore more quiet and relaxed, but the center is still easily accessible by foot, even with a stroller. We enjoyed the walk to East Sands through the forest and the playground there. Grocery shopping is, when not having a car, easiest in the city center. We can recommend the apartment 100% and would definitely return. Cheers Sebastian

I can’t say anything negative really. It is a nice little flat directly by the Bay. The neighborhood is quiet and cozy, like the flat itself and the view is fantastic. Once you leave the house every morning you get greeted by the fresh air of the sea. The communication with Jak and Kerri is fantastic and always fast. If you need anything (which you’ll don’t, because everything you need is there) you can always write them and they answer fast.

A perfect stay in an ideal and very central location. The apartment had everything we needed (except perhaps a TV but actually we played cards instead which was more sociable!). Would definitely stay again. Flat was spotless and beds very comfortable.

Had a wonderful stay for a couple of nights. Helen and Nigel were perfect hosts. Lovely location and very quiet at night. Plenty parking right outside the accommodation. A lovely comfy king size bed, good shower and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. As we had our dog with us, the enclosed, sheltered courtyard garden was a plus. This was perfect for us and thoroughly recommend.

Very well located near to the Fife Coastal path. A little on the small side but we enjoyed our stay very much. Jackie and her partner were generous and kind and made us feel very welcome. The road was quiet and we slept very well. A short drive away was a fabulous farm shop and there were 2 fishmongers at the end of the road…We enjoyed cooking local produce in the well equipped kitchen.

The apartment was just perfect for our needs. 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and the views out of the kitchen.lounge and bedroom to die for. It was well appointed, clean and well equipped within walking distance of shops and harbour. The parking place was a bonus too. We explored the East Neuk and no place was too far. It was quiet and we loved it. Kirsten and Derek were perfect hosts communication was excellent would not hesitate to rent again. ,

Had a fantastic time here. Fung Tai was a perfect host. The house was clean, beautifully thought out and so central to Elie. She had lots of toys which entertained my 6 and 7 year olds for hours. Really loved how peaceful the setting was and would love to come back one day soon. Thanks Fung Tai!

Loved it here, gardens were in full bloom and glorious to spend time wandering around. I found the home very comfortable, and we were very well catered for. Breakfast was fab and the facilities provided all we could have needed.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely cottage with a view. It is a cosy and comfy cottage that is clean, well maintained and full of interesting and quirky pieces of art and objects. The views are amazing, you can see right over the water to the Fife coastline, which was wonderful for us as my husband is from Fife. It was so relaxing to sit on the window seat and watch the comings and goings on the little beach, binoculars are thoughtfully provided. There is a pub just down the road that has a garden with a view (drinks only, no food), there is a Chinese/Thai takeaway a few doors down (good) and a short walk away to Port Seton harbour there is a fish and chip shop, you can eat your fish and chips on tables by the harbour if the sun is shining (big portions). There is a good sized Co-op within walking distance for day to day provisions. The area has many lovely places to visit such as North Berwick, Dunbar and Haddington. We thoroughly enjoyed our week by the sea in Cockenzie.

A spotlessly clean well located house! Amazingly spacious kitchen. Perfect for our 2 night stay. 5 mins walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk into central St Andrews. Really please.

Highly recommended host and property! Had a great stay. Lovely place, nice and quiet, would definitely try to book again for next visit. Excellent value too!

We had a wonderful week Seacoast cottage, its a beautiful place with amazing views and right on the coadtal path but so peaceful. Alison was so helpful, friendly and approachable. The house has a lovely decor, fresh colours with a wonderful seaside atmosphere, real attention to detail which made us feel right at home. Everthing you need is there, great bed, gorgeous linens and you can walk to the harbour for a coffee or lunch easily. It really is special....Thank you Alison and Andy for such a special stay

Izzy is a responsive and helpful host, very willing to answer questions and provide suggestions. The place is clean and comfortable. The extra half bathroom downstairs is great! Good value for the area. Easy walk to the waterfront and groceries nearby. We enjoyed our stay at Izzy’s place and in Kirkcaldy.

As a Fifer, it’s always nice to come back and stay. Craigs place was easy to find, spacious and spotlessly clean, and Burntisland is a lovely town. I would certainly stay at Craigs again.

Great little home for our quick stay near St Andrews! We also booked ocean side sauna reservations at the new spot in Cellardyke, short walk from the home. The Haven restaurant is just around the corner as well and serves excellent food, cocktails and pints. It’s a quick drive to St Andrews and all the golf/shopping/ruins youd want to explore. I loved the historical information in the home folder as well! Thanks for letting us stay! We’ll be back.

The apartment was well equipped with extra bits that make life easier (dishwasher tablets, ground coffee, local guides etc) Everything was very comfortable and more spacious than expected. Really enjoyed staying there.

Joanna is a great hostess, her place is very peaceful and serine. Amazing nature and a lot to do in the area.... wish I had stayed longer.

Fantastic place, exactly as described just steps from the 18th green at the Old course. A little tight if more than two people but that is clear from the photos - no surprises!

We love coming to Angela’s place! So serene and the view is gorgeous. I love that it’s a little bit of peaceful heaven but close to downtown. We brought our guests from America this time and they loved it too!

This is such a great appartment...very well equipped, spotlessly clean and ideally located for exploring the Fife coast. We've stayed before, and we'll be back again before too long. Sarah is a lovely host - always on hand if you need her. We would definitely recommend.
