Durham, Newcastle and Sunderland are each only about 6 miles away. My house is in a quiet cul de sac and the rear garden backs onto the Coast-coast cycle track

Double bedroom with access to your own bathroom. Separate sofabed in upstairs lounge if needed. Parking space available in underground car park but YOU NEED TO REQUEST THIS IN ADVANCE. Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.

Composed of several buildings, with its own farm and wide parking, its orientation makes it a great viewpoint of the Asturian mountain. Sit back and enjoy the views, listen the sounds of nature and forget the rush. And if you don't feel like driving, you can stay to practice Yoga, read a book on the terrace, and / or have dinner. In the morning we could recommend where to go: mountain, sea or river, everything is possible from here.
