Very well located, clean and really nice accommodation! We were able to walk to the zoo in less than 30 minutes. A truly beautiful and peaceful setting. I highly recommend it.

very responsive and accommodating owner. the accommodation and the garden are beautiful, very quiet. The only downsides are the adjoining property with the owners' home, and therefore the opposite side in the garden, and especially the lack of privacy in the bathroom and toilet, which are not in a real closed room, they are simple "saloon" type doors for the toilets. It really bothered us.

We had a pleasant weekend in the accommodation which is functional and cozy. It has everything you need. Pleasant terrace and small garden for children to have fun outside. As a bonus, we were able to enjoy the city festival with a very beautiful fireworks display and the next day the soap box race. The kids were thrilled. Very kind and responsive host to our questions. 👍

This stay was a gift for my parents. We had already done this and we had the idea to offer them. Like us , they thought the place was atypical and amazing. A soothing and easy-to-reach place. Julien's place is AMAZING. Spacious, bright, cozy, with 70s very pretty decorations. It was a huge pleasure to live here. I was there for a professional stay, and the place was ideal for work but also for rest. Many shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is a few minutes from the city center. Recommended!

Very good stay in this accommodation, simple instructions to access the accommodation. Clean accommodation, well located close to the zoo and easy access to Le Mans. The air conditioning was very useful and easy to use with the explanations. The baby kit with a folding bed and a very practical high chair. Small courtyard on the ground floor accessible to take our dog out. We'll keep the address!

Excellent stay at François's, accommodation both impeccably clean and functional. Quiet neighborhood, easy and secure parking with private parking space. Really nothing to repeat. We had a great stay at Jérémie's. The apartment is located very close to the botanical garden so not far from the city center. It's a quiet area - no noise during the nights, even with the windows open. Very comfortable, and highly recommended!
