The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

At Gut Scheidt we rent a magnificent studio house with great views of the horse pastures and orchards. You will stay in a bright, quiet studio with sleeping loft, open kitchen and bathroom, in the middle of an idyllic horse farm. Gut Scheidt is located in the green triangle of Düsseldorf / Ratingen / Mettmann. It's less than 10 minutes to the A3. The distance to Düsseldorf city center is approx. 25 minutes. The fair and the airport can be reached in 20 minutes. The district town of Mettmann is only 10 minutes away…

Wir (Marcel, 46, Melanie, 45, Levi, 10 und Ayumi🐶<1) vermieten unsere Einliegerwohnung im Souterrain unseres Hauses in Mettmann / Metzkausen mit separatem Eingang über den Hausflur. Das großzügige Schlafzimmer liegt an der Terrasse zum Garten sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Es bietet sich vor allem für Messegäste an (Düsseldorf 20km, Essen 30km und Köln mit gut 40km) oder jemanden, der zum Beispiel Familie in der Nähe besucht. Bei Fragen sind wir jederzeit ansprechbar und freuen uns aufs Gastgeben.

Mindestens 50 Restaurants in fussläufiger Nähe, super angebunden in die Stadt oder zur Messe (24 Minuten mit Bus).

Walnut Tree Cottage

Walnut Tree Cottage Apartment wurde 2023 fertig gestellt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail im englischen Stil eingerichtet. Die Räume sind mit z. T. antiken Möbeln und Tapeten des National Trust (England) aus 3 Jahrhunderten dekoriert. Die Ausstattung der Küche und des Bades ist modern und hochwertig. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse, die Autobahn wird in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Der fußläufig gelegene Bahnhof bietet Direktverbindungen u. a. nach Düsseldorf, Köln und Wuppertal.

Apartment, 25 m² with balcony on the 2nd floor, attic floor for non-smokers with private access via the staircase. Bathroom with shower. Coffee/tea kitchen and fridge A double bed 140cm wide. Bed linen is provided. The walk to the Hochdahl S-Bahn stop is about 12 minutes. From there, 12 minutes by S8 to Düsseldorf main station. Arrival and departure time will be clarified individually. Looking forward to welcoming nice and friendly guests. The apartment is unsuitable for parties.

Room on the Düssel

The apartment has a small hallway with a gaderobe as entrance, a bathroom with shower and a room with a kitchenette, dining table, writing desk, wardrobe and two beds that can be used individually or as a double bed. The apartment is surrounded by greenery, right next to the stream "Düssel", no neighbors, parking on the premises in front of the door. Private entrance with only three steps. Check in takes place via a key box with a number code, which I send shortly before arrival.

Nice apartment - central and quiet location

You will stay in the Vohwinkel district. The beautiful Art Nouveau house is very central and yet quietly located in a 30 km/h zone. The end stop of the suspension railway, the train station with S-Bahn and regional train connections are only a five or twelve-minute walk away. Shops, grocery stores and supermarkets (Kaufland, Lidl, Rewe, etc.) Pharmacies, ice cream parlors and restaurants are also within a radius of about three to ten minutes' walk.

Close to Old Town, Königsallee,..

Newly renovated non-smoking room with private bath and separate access to the staircase, very centrally located within walking distance of the Hofgarten, Rhein and the Altstadt. Direct connection to Trade Fair via subway (12minutes) In order to protect our guests and ourselves as much as possible from Covid19, we will only accept bookings from vaccinated or recovered guests from 01 October. Quick tests are not sufficient.
