Düsseldorf Exhibition Center and Old Town by car (25 minutes), Allrounder Ski Hall Neuss (15 minutes), Kaarster See outdoor pool (15 minutes), Dyk Castle, Cologne Cathedral (42 minutes). There is also a good bus & train connection on site! There is a lot of green for walks/bike tours and overall a high recreational value. A supermarket and medical center are 3 minutes away. The location is central. Animals on request!
