Apartment for 2 Persons near Cologne

We offer a complete apartment for 1-2 persons. The bedroom has one bed for 2 persons and we can add a baby bed if it is wanted. The kitchen is fully equipped. Of course towels and bed linen are included. You have short distances to the fairs of Cologne and Düsseldorf. You can reach this metropols in half an hour with the public transport. Our apartment is in the centre of the small town Haan (30,000 inhabitants). Within three minutes walk you reach various restaurants and shopping opportunities.

Modern apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

Wooden house in the countryside (10 min. to the trade fair + main station)

Fully furnished apartment, 2 minutes to the S-Bahn Cologne Dellbrück (10 minutes to the main train station, trade fair and 20 minutes to the airport). Combined kitchen and living room with sleeping loft - access via a steep staircase - sleeping places for 2/3 people, sofa bed in the living room, hallway and private bathroom, parking at the house. Private terrace in the courtyard, quietly located. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants and shops, local recreation lake and forest nearby.

Smaller semi-detached house near the city center (4 people)

There is only cold water in the kitchen; warm water can be fetched from the bathroom right next to it. The apartment is quiet and centrally located, with a magical bathroom including corner bathtub, underfloor heating and towel rail heating. There is also a free parking space right next to the apartment (please drive slowly because of our deaf cat) and access to the garden. The bed is 1.40 m wide and the extended sofa bed is 1.20 m wide. WLAN and LAN are available.

Modernes Souterrain-Apartment in zentraler Lage

The modern, comfortably furnished basement apartment (renovation 10/2023) is located in the heart of Krefeld-Traar with optimal transport connections to Krefeld, Düsseldorf, Cologne, the Ruhr area, the Lower Rhine and the Netherlands. Traar has a strong infrastructure. In the immediate vicinity are shopping, various restaurants as well as banks, banks, pharmacy, medical center and recreational areas. The apartment is also very suitable for longer stays!

"Bed Taste EZb" B&B near the fair and airport

The "Bed Taste" is located in the idyllic Vogelsiedlung, quietly and centrally located, between the airport and the trade fair. The nearby Nordpark invites you to take walks to the Rhine. Messe Düsseldorf is about a 15-minute walk away. Various restaurants and a supermarket are a 10-minute walk. There are 2 parking spaces available on our property. The property is equipped with its own access and key. The garden can also be used.

Guest suite in a listed barn

The accommodation is part of a beautiful, listed farm complex from 1820. The guest suite is located on the first floor of our listed former barn and has a separate side entrance. The terrace behind the barn can be used by our guests. Located in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine. The Medienhafen can be reached in 5-10 minutes by bike or car, and the city center in 10-15 minutes.

Garden View Room

This studio room is self-contained with its own entrance, shower, and toilet, as well as a private outdoor seating area. In addition to the gorgeous garden view, you're ideally located to get to the Folkwang University, Lake Baldeney, or easily reach Düsseldorf (including Düsseldorf Messe) or the Essen city center (and Essen Messe).

Cozy, modern, apartment in Duisburg/Nord

We are a 4-person household with daughter and grandma in the house! My mother Sigrid is a co-host, cleaning fairy, and caretaker in a person without whom there would be nothing going on here. ;-) Since 2019, a small dog from animal welfare has also been included. We've had so many great guests, and look forward to seeing you soon!
