Our cozy B&B is located on the Spanjaardslaan. One of the most beautiful streets in Leeuwarden. In three minutes you can walk through the Prinsentuin to the center of the historic city of Leeuwarden. The guesthouse is located behind the house from 1906 and has its own entrance, living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms. The guesthouse is completely self-sufficient. Due to the combination with the cozy living room and kitchen, the guesthouse is ideal for a family or group of four friends.

You can sleep in style in our charming double bed or in the bunk bed. (Safe for kids) The wood-fired hot tub can be booked for €90,- for a weekend and €120,- for a (mid)week This is spacious for 2 adults (2 children can be added) The sauna is included free of charge. Inside is a nice seating area, beautiful views and a cozy dining room with comfortable chairs. In front of the cottage is a picnic table and an outdoor stove. And of course the wonderful sauna and hot tub!

Close to the city center of Leeuwarden is Woodpecker, a spacious and bright bungalow of 100 m². You have a private entrance and the Woodpecker has two spacious bedrooms, both with a private shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic comforts. The bungalow can accommodate up to 4 people. Woodpecker Leeuwarden can also be booked via its own site. We are entering the last season to start again somewhere else. In this lovely cottage you can fully enjoy the great view over the nature reserve. For a stay in nature, you don't have to surrender anything of luxury, from rain shower to smart TV and air conditioning and luxury box spring, everything has been thought of! The compact kitchen has an induction cooker, oven, fridge with freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. The cottage is modern and tastefully decorated and has its own floor.

10 minutes from Leeuwarden and 4 minutes from Grou is our rural farm in Idaerd. This fully furnished, modern apartment has all the comforts. The bathroom has a sink, a rain and hand shower and a toilet. There is an equipped kitchen equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and combi microwave/oven. Smart TV, Nespresso, kettle are available. Kitchen, bathroom and bed linen are provided.

Hidden place near the center of Leeuwarden

Hidden in the Leeuwarder district of Huizum, lies the former kindergarten "Boartlik Begjin". At the end of Ludolf Bakhuizenstraat, this special quiet spot is a short walk to the city center and the train station. A nice base to go into town, shop or visit one of the museums. E also to discover the rest of Friesland. The room is also suitable as a home workshop (Wi-Fi available).
