The Landzicht is a great starting point to explore the area. Located near nature reserves, Drachten and the A7.

At the end of 2023, we converted our cozy B&B into an apartment that is equipped with all comforts. And we speak from experience because during the renovation of our own house, we lived in it ourselves! 🏡 Also check out our website! The accommodation is located in a rural area, but also close to Leeuwarden and Dokkum. The perfect base for hiking and cycling. Your four-legged friend is welcome! 🐾 For the first day, you can order a luxurious DIY breakfast for €17.50 (2 people).

Welcome to our old farmhouse, part of which the former stable has been transformed into an attractive B&B. Specially decorated with lots of art on the wall and a well-stocked bookcase. You have your own entrance with cozy living room, bedroom and private shower/toilet. There is television, with Netflix and YouTube. A FULL BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED. The B&B is separate and closed off from the main building. Private entrance, private bedroom and private bathroom. There is one B&B room.

Welcome to our unique tiny house, hidden in a private forest on the outskirts of the charming Frisian village of Noordwolde. This modern accommodation is ideal for peace seekers and nature lovers. You will sleep in style in our charming double bed or in the bunk bed. (Safe for kids) The wood-burning hot tub can be booked for €90 for a weekend and €120 for a (mid) week This is spacious for 2 adults (2 kids can join) The sauna is included for free. Inside is a nice sitting area, beautiful views and a cozy dining room with comfortable chairs. In front of the cottage is a picnic table and an outdoor stove. And of course the lovely sauna and hot tub!

The 2 city parks Prinsentuin and Vossenpark are around the corner and you can almost see the famous Tower of the Oldenhove from the garden. Relax in the backyard with a cup of tea or go out for dinner in one of the very good restaurants in the city! Enjoy!

De Veenweide

The location of tiny house de Veenweide is perfect for nature lovers. The cottage is located on the edge of the Alde Feanen nature reserve. The area is great for cycling, hiking, boating, mountain biking, canoeing, birding and fishing. The Alde Feanen has a special population of plants and birds, including the sea eagle, osprey, bittern and kingfisher. In addition, chances are that you will see deer and hares running past from the cottage.
