Modern apartment (house built in 2008, last renovated in 2019) with partly covered terrace, garden & barbecue in a quiet location directly behind the dyke. The beach in Harlesiel and the port of Carolinensiel are only about 10 minutes away by bike. Basic costs for spa cards are not necessary due to the location in the "Wangerland" region, but when visiting the beach, a spa card is required for the day, which is available at the beach.

Our apartment is on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the north beach. The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.

The vacation home is located on the edge of a wooded private weekend community. It is spacious, bright, with modern furnishings, and very well equipped. It's heavenly there in every season and perfect for a short or longer break in an idyllic setting! For the summer months, there is an in-house stand-up paddleboard (SUP).

We love our second home in a newly renovated Art Nouveau villa close to the sea. Meanwhile, we also rent it to holiday guests. A walk or a short ride by bike or car takes you to the sea and the sandy beach or to the picturesque village of Dornum - both not overcrowded in summer, always beautiful.
