Het vakantiehuis is zo gesitueerd dat u, ondanks zijn aanwezigheid op afstand, helemaal vrij zit. In de omgeving kun je prachtig fietsen, wandelen, vogels spotten en kanoën, in Roden is een 9-holes golfbaan.

Die Stadt Leer wird auch "Tor Ostfrieslands" genannt und hat rund 35.000 Einwohner. Es gibt zahlreiche Freizeit, Erholungs- und Erlebnismöglichkeiten. Es gibt eine Fußgängerzone, einen Hafen und eine wunderschöne Altstadt. Zum Ostfrieslandwanderweg sind es nur 50 Meter. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer und eine Schlafcouch. Auf Wunsch stellen wir ein Reisebett zur Verfügung. Im Preis inbegriffen sind Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Putzmittel. Auststattung: Föhn, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher etc.

Located directly on the harbor, the apartment is quiet and yet right in the center of the city's cultural life. As a highlight, you look directly at the landmark of Wilhelmshaven: the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge. Note: the apartment is being rented completely new, the interior may still change. Wir leben selbst mit auf dem Hof und sind jederzeit erreichbar. Das Wohnhaus wurde 2022 neu errichtet. Die FeWo bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen, es gibt ein Doppelbett und ein Schlafsofa. Du hast die Möglichkeit direkt bei uns ein Kanu zu mieten, lange Radtouren oder Spaziergänge zu machen, am Grundstück zu Angeln und vieles mehr.

Im schönen Friesland, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Nordsee, liegt die idyllische Hofanlage Branterei. Eingefasst von Wegen mit altem Baumbestand, einem Bauerngarten, sowie einer Streuobstwiese, ist die 15000m² große Hofanlage ein ideales Plätzchen, um abzuschalten und sich zu erholen. Naturliebhaber können im Garten Rehe, Singvögel, Greifvögel, Schwalben und manchmal auch Störche beobachten. Liebevoll in die alte Hofanlage integriert befindet sich die 2022 komplett neu sanierte Ferienwohnung.

Lovingly furnished 60 m² apartment with bathtub and fireplace, close to the city center in a quiet side street. Within walking distance 5 minutes to the Norder weekly market, 1 km to the train station, 5 km to the dike and Norddeicher beach. Since we use the apartment as a family with two children from time to time, it has more the character of a cozy home than a barren 0815 apartment. It is well equipped with everything you could ever need to spend a pleasant and relaxing vacation.

The apartment is located in a house which consists of two apartments.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich direkt auf dem Weserdeich und bietet daher eine sehr ruhige und dennoch stadtnahe Lage. Zwei abgeschlossene Schlafzimmer und das offene Spitzbodenzimmer bieten mit zwei Doppelbetten und einem Sofabett ausreichend Platz für bis zu fünf Personen.
