Authentic detached house full of atmosphere and equipped with every comfort. Wooden floors, a modern kitchen, a private sauna in the bathroom and 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with excellent beds provide atmosphere and luxury. The spacious living room with spacious Chesterfield sofa overlooks the Winsumerdiep. Onderdendam is a beautiful village 12 km from the city of Groningen and has a protected village view. Our 2-person Canadian canoe and our 3 bicycles are available for rent at a reasonable price.

Upstairs are two bedrooms and an open sleeping alcove, as well as the bathroom with sauna. (Sauna fee, see photo). Guest parking; (bicycles, printer on request). We offer this special and comfortably furnished upper floor apartment, which was completely renovated in 2023. Ideal for two people, without children, without animals. The bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating, hairdryer, shower and shampoo, and the kitchen even with a dishwasher. The infrared sauna offers pure relaxation. Within walking distance is a small forest with a pond, or you can hop on your bike / rental bike and discover the surroundings! Shopping is 1.5 km away.

The place is close to Carolinensiel - Harlesiel in Neu Augustengroden. Take a vacation in an apartment right behind the second dike.
