The house is the perfect base to explore the area in any season, but at the house and in the spacious garden it is wonderfully relaxing!

Experience your vacation at the historic farmstead Ippenwarf. Surrounded by the Fehntjer Tief, the apartment is in a secluded location in the middle of the countryside. We live on the farm ourselves and are available at any time. The house was newly built in 2022. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. You have the option to rent a canoe directly from us, go on long bike rides or walks, fish on the property and much more.

Our small cottage is located directly between Bremen and Oldenburg and has two newly furnished bedrooms, a large kitchen-living room and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. The property is located right on the water and offers pure relaxation for everyone. On the Ollen you can go boating, fishing and - if you like - even swimming. A canoe for 3-4 people as well as 2 bicycles, a grill or a table tennis table can be provided by arrangement.

This delightful energy-neutral water villa suitable for 4 till 8 persons, was recently built and located on its own plot with lots of privacy on a peninsula on the Paterswoldsemeer in Haren. The house has a lot of luxury and comfort such as two bathrooms, a large kitchen with built-in appliances, a big dining and livingroom and a beautiful view at the Lake. At the deck terrace you can enjoy the sunsetwith a glass of wine in your hand.

Since in Emden almost everything is in the middle of the city, the central location offers many opportunities to do something. The apartment is on the second floor.
