Free parking on the road; 10-minute walk to beach, 5 to the train! The Old Town and St Leonard's are all walkable.

Professionally cleaned for each stay. Its a 5 minute romp to the beach over the magnificent Camber sand dunes and a moments walk to a wonderful coffee shop by day, bar by night venue, fish & chip shop or the curry restaurant.

You can reach a local pub (Crow & Gate) by a nearby footpath taking 20 mins roughly. All other pubs and shops are a 10 minute drive away.
