A fantastic host, clear precise instructions. A beautiful house which was clean, homely, with gorgeous views and just lovely. Perfect location and extremely peaceful. I would fully recommend.

We had a lovely weekend at the Pixie cottage. The house was clean and comfortable. It is a walking distance shops, cafes and restaurants. We enjoyed the local park with our little one, and drove to the seaside which is about 1.5 miles away. Fidelma provides parking permits for a zone that reaches almost to the seaside so parking wasn't an issue. There are plenty of things to do in the area and Fidelma was great at providing local recommendations.

Ricky was a great host and outlined all the relevant information we could need before we arrived. Check in couldn’t have been easier and the place was spotless. Really appreciated the small amenities like coffee, milk, towels, hair dryer etc. The shower was great, the bed was extremely comfortable, it was round the corner from the train station but also the road the house is on was still quiet, well apart from the seagulls but it is Brighton 😅 House was a nice temperature, everything worked, WiFi worked great. Decor was tasteful and uncluttered, the little outdoor patio area was cute. Really can’t fault anything at all.

John & Tracey were so lovely, helpful and communicated efficiently. The accomodation was in a great location, a fantastic view of the beach with a 5 minute walk to the local grocery shop. The house was very clean and well-equipped, the kitchen was full of utensils, there were lots of games to play and bookshelves where visitors can do a book swap (how cute!). The house looked even more beautiful in person, I would absolutely recommend and will definitely be back! Thank you John & Tracey for being great host’s :)

Very nice and quiet location, well maintained cottage! Sara is easily accessible and responds quickly to questions. In short: great, both in terms of surroundings and amenities!

Lovely stay, really quirky and cosy interior design. Bed was super comfortable and the hot tub was good!! Really cheap pub over the road for a nice dinner, and another lovely pub with a garden just a few metres down the road. Duchess the cat was cute and kept to herself mostly! No complaints, Fab stay 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great place to stay. We stayed with our two young children and my parents and it worked well for everyone. Good location, very short walk to the beach and walk/drive into Eastbourne. Easy to park on the street outside the house. Sam and Nick were very friendly and helpful.

What a wonderful place……everything as described….David & Donna provided a great welcome pack. The house had everything needed for a relaxing break. Beach was quiet and clean. Games room was a hit for the competitive people in our group! View from the sitting room was stunning ……Plenty of parking and was very easy to find.

The apartment is very close to the beach and the pier in town! Our landlord is very helpful in giving instructions to check-in. There was a road closure and construction outside the building going on during our stay, but it was not noisy. Very pleasant experience!

Carole was a fantastic host. She communicated great and her instructions were lengthy and very clear. The check-in was super easy. The place was as described and it was very beautiful and comfortable. The view of the sea from the windows were magnificent and peaceful. The place is located less than a minute from a pier, which was very convenient for a walk, run or even a workout along the beach. We walked everywhere, and found great restaurants and shopping places that were amazing. I definitely recommend Carole's place and her services!

Lovely bright apartment, clean and comfortable. Bedrooms on the back of the building away from the road with views of trees and shrubbery. Complimentary milk and croissants were a lovely extra. If coming to Hastings again would stay here and recommend it to friends. Thank you for a great stay.

It was so wonderful waking up to the fantastic views across the sea. The accommodation was just as described and we had a lovely time.

Gorgeous flat on the seafront, with two super comfy bedrooms and beautifully curated art throughout the house - would 100% stay again if I’m ever back in St Leonard’s!

The apartment is stylish, comfortable and very clean. We loved the view and the space was great, high ceilings and period features. Having been to St Leonards before we knew that our favourite restaurants were walkable too. Moyra was a great host and very helpful and considerate about check in time, much appreciated.

A goregous flat, beautifully furnished and in the perfect spot. Close to everything we wanted to explore but just a couple of minutes walk from the busy areas. The flat is so well equip - it had absolutely everything we needed and more (the party rings were a lovely find). And a great host - the instructions were great and we had some excellent tips on where to eat. I'll definitely be back!

The flat is just stunning like the picture and it’s exactly what we wanted for the weekend in Hastings. Recommended it very much!

Simon was really helpful and available at all times for any queries. He gave great recommendations for local restaurants etc and the place is central with free parking opposite.

What a perfect getaway spot. We wished we had booked a longer stay! Alison has thought of everything to create a welcoming, stylish and comfortable experience inside and out! Highlights were strolling to the pretty pond area, private fire-pit area, blissfully comfy beds, views of fields and beautiful gardens. Added bonus was the on-site blacksmith’s traditional forge run by Alison’s son and husband!! Highly recommended. Thank you Alison!

We stayed here only to do the Seven Sisters hike it was a place just for a sleep and to refresh . We arrived Friday night and it was very easy to find and get in . For anyone wanting to do the hike it was such a perfect location . Morrison was also just minutes walk away , and the beach is on the doorstep ready to start our hike. Bus was also easy to use and ideal . Jade was really helpful when I reached out to ask questions . Highly recommend and her place was spot on . I was worried it being a basement apartment but it was quiet and ideal for us who like the quietness .

Great few days visiting family in the area.

We have just arrived home after a wonderful short break at Seascape, celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday. Seascape is a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean and it felt like it had been newly decorated and furnished. It’s great to have two levels and two bathrooms. Felt very spacious and incredibly peaceful with the most glorious view. We spotted dolphins out in the bay from the balcony. Highly recommended. By far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. We also enjoyed the cafes and restaurants in St Leonard’s and the walk to Bexhill. Really didn’t want to return to 30 degrees heat in London. Thank you!

This was our fourth stay here at David's Annexe which really speaks for itself. It's the gift that keeps giving each time we return. The annexe was spotlessly clean as always ,with all aspects of our stay catered for.We wanted for nothing in the chalet as everything had been thought out carefully. Even dog blankets and doggy treats for those who bring a dog,although we didnt. The weather was beautiful every day,which was a bonus. The bed was so comfortable,and the kitchen area was superb. The milk in the fridge which was waiting for us on arrival,along with the yummy biscuits were really appreciated after a long journey. David and Lisa our hosts as always were more than happy to help out with any request,always with a genuine smile that made such a difference. We want to mention Reggie their lovely dog,who always made us welcome when we sat out on David's private beach on the seats he so kindly made available to us for free use. So in a word it was Utopia. Just got back from a 2 night stay and we had a really lovely time. We came down for a concert at The De la Warr Pavilion. Owen came out to greet us and showed us round. Both were very friendly and the extra special touches like milk and biscuits were really appreciated. The place was spotless and very comfortable.
