Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Edinburgh

a ver todo bien menos el suelo de todo el piso esta muy mal trozos de suelo madera y entre ellos lozas para tapar agujeros nos encontramos en la habitación ropa en armario y cajones los chicos de la otra habitación se lo dijimos y nos dejaron un hueco en armario y un cajón estos chavales súper amables la casa le hace falta un buen arreglo y cuando llegué inquilinos la habitación creo que debe de estar más arreglada y tener armarios y cajones para tu ropa y la calefacción del cuarto no existe en el comedor cocina se estaba calentito pero el cuarto es un congelador y por cierto dentro de la habitación tienen un congelador grande de seis o ocho cajones y hace mucho ruido por la noche mi hijo los últimos días dormía en el sofá del salón allí estaba mejor que en el cuarto ...siento poner todo ésto pero así lo vivimos por la amabilidad de sumit y los chicos que siempre nos han tratado de maravilla

Kamil responded very quickly when I booked, checked to see if I needed a lift from anywhere. He gave me a larger room, very comfortable. Nice dining room/lounge overlooking garden. Near bus stop. Useful to be able to use fridge, kitchen. Access by entering a code if Kamil isn't in. Venue very handy for visiting friend in sheltered housing nearby.

I stayed at Kamil's home for one night, and it was just what I needed. I had a good night's sleep, very quiet, and both the kitchen and bathroom were clean. I will definitely come back on my next trip to Edinburgh!

Kamil, was a fantastic host. As I was his first long stay rental he outlined his rules. Respect to privacy but also sociable and volunteered to take me with him when he did grocery shopping or going for take out meals. His place felt like a second home, and asked me before going into the room I rented if he had to access items stored there. The keyless door lock and outdoor camera made me feel secure. With the kitchen I had my own cupboard space as well as space in the fridge and freezer for my food, as well as instructed me in the use of the cooker and washing machine ( different from Canada).

Had a great stay - the flat had everything we needed. It was a fantastic base for sightseeing. The bus stop is close by and free on street parking available. It is an affordable option especially for families. The host was very responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had a good stay. We would definitely make use of it again should we return

This was a lovely stay. Our host was thoughtful in setting up the space and added little things that made our trip easy like laundry soap, fresh ground coffee, large towels set out in each guest room. It was definitely luxury and we felt very welcome in her home. Just far enough away to be quiet and spacious while still making the city accessible we walked everywhere except dinner out one evening.

I spent nearly four months in Wendy's accommodation. I had a great time there! The apartment itself offers great views, and the room is very comfortable. It is easily accessible by bus and has a good connection to the city centre and main University Campus, as well as being close to a big supermarket and the beach. Being on the outskirts of the city and by the sea, it made it very easy to find peace, walking along the beach or visiting my personal favourite place, Newhailes Estate. For those coming to study here: the bus connection to the University of Edinburgh's King's Buildings is not great, especially on the way back, and if you'll have to be there a lot I'd recommend getting a bicycle, which is about twice as fast. Wendy is a very friendly host, who is usually not home during the day but if you run into her and she has time she will be open for a chat - for example sharing stories or music. She loves baking, and might leave something she made in the fridge for you!

Julie-Ann was a great host - v friendly and helpful. Her home was very convenient and she has a top knowledge of all there is to do in Edinburgh. I would very happily stay there again. A nice homely, comfortable, friendly and convenient place to stay.

Amazing stay in Edinburgh, Alex’s place is in this beautiful little village in the center of the city. Very quiet and residential, it’s the perfect place for a few days in the city. I wished we had more time to stay a few more days because the house really felt like home 🥰 beautifully decorated, very comfortable, they have an amazing vinyl player and very good washing machine and dryer. Alex was also very flexible with check in/check out times which we highly appreciated. Thank you so so much for everything, if we are back we will definitely stay here again.
