Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Edisto Beach

Patty was always quick to respond and even let us know that the house was ready early. We loved the peace and quiet. The walk to the beach was closer than expected 2 blocks away. We saw the bicycles toward the end of our trip and enjoyed riding around. (Big selection of bikes). We definitely want to come again. Thanks again for sharing your home with us!!

The cleanliness was absolutely amazing. The decor gave a true "beachy" feel without being overbearing. Where appropriate, everything was labeled. We were a party of 10 and the layout of the house was more than adequate to meet our needs. When we had a question, Carmen was quick to reply and answer our questions.

The Marshpad is in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by salt marsh, yet close to natural beaches, trails, a driving range and a golf course, and the grocery store and a crab shack for fresh fish. The house has lots of windows and decks to enjoy the views.

This is a nice house with a lot of really great perks. The golf cart, kayaks, fishing rods, beach equipment, and more made it easy to enjoy the week. The location is peaceful and ideal for fishing but not perfect for swimming or waves; we went to adjacent Hunting Island State Park for the kids to ride waves (a state park pass is included by the host). We enjoyed our week!

As described Walkable to pretty much everything Only thing was that even though it’s first floor it’s really like a basement with windows from the low ceilings and bearing people walk above. Nothing can be done about that though, and all the great amenities for the price made up for it. Also it was very quiet after 11 which I appreciated

Had a great time in this lovely home. Well stocked home, we had everything we needed! Hosts are very responsive to questions. Enjoyed our stay!

Julie's cottage was peaceful and comfortable. We all enjoyed our time there. (Adults & teens) We had everything available to prepare our meals including a grill. The beds were comfortable. There are plenty of app options on the TV, and puzzles and games for when it rains. We would definitely consider staying here again when visiting in the future.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said about this property? The charm, attention to detail, thoughtfulness and intentionality that went into this home are unmatched. Such a beautiful space with comfortable yet artistic touches. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, amazing water pressure, the plunge pool was a welcome break from the heat when we needed it. Lots of great local recommendations and helpful communication with Jen! We loved taking bike rides with the provided bicycles and the home is perfectly located between downtown Savannah and Tybee Island beaches. We enjoyed days in both places. But honestly we just enjoyed our time at the home as well because it was so well outfitted for a comfortable stay. I can’t recommend staying here enough! We cannot wait to come back and stay again. Thank you so much for making our 10th wedding anniversary truly memorable!

Had a wonderful stay. Appreciated the attention to details, including the dog bowls. While we couldn’t see the ocean directly from our unit, it is so close and absolutely gorgeous. It is hard to explain the beach, it is breathtaking. The communication and instructions from Daphne were very helpful. This was a perfect location and unit. Would definitely consider staying here again. A few tips for next visitors - allow extra time, there is a lot a road construction en route to the island. And be aware that the unit is on the second floor, if steps are an issue. Special thanks to Daphne for opening her unit for others to enjoy.

Carolyn’s place is wonderful it was perfect for our family of 3. The view and proximity to the beach are incredible! The king size bed in the bedroom was very comfortable! Ceiling fan in the patio made it some comfortable despite the hot humid weather! Easy walk to Coligny. Pool was nice and could typically get a few chairs anytime of day. A bonus is the use of the beach cabana bathrooms while on the beach! All in all the unit was great and we’d book again!

Perfect location just a quick walk to the beach and the main street on folly island. Perfect spot for 1-2 couples or a small family. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our weekend stay here was everything we could’ve asked for! It was a cozy, clean, and calming space perfect for the two of us. Deborah was a great host and I appreciated all of her communication with me so much. Although the space is an attached guest suite it felt very private and we felt right at home. The location is also great, perfectly between downtown Charleston and folly beach. I would absolutely love to stay here again and would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Charleston!

This was our 2nd year staying at Christian’s! We loved it so much the first time as soon as we left last year we booked for this summer. I can’t say enough great things the location is absolutely perfect I love the walk over the boardwalk to the beach! The condo itself is very clean and comfortable it honestly feels like just home! The kids get so excited for the bunk beds! Everything is perfectly thought out from the closet with the beach cart, chairs, sand toys, umbrella to the bookshelf in the main bedroom with an excellent selection of books! Christian is a great host and very communitive with suggestions on things to do and restaurants to visit! We had an amazing time and the only reason I haven’t already rebooked for next year is I have 4 kids and my 2 year old will have grown out of the pack n play and I’m trying to figure out where he will sleep hahaha!

We had a wonderful stay at Sailor’s Rest. It’s a great location for families with young kids. We enjoyed the pool, fresh eggs, fish & walkable gardens. The beach was only apx a 10min drive, and the access card they give you made it very easy. 10/10 would recommend

Great place for our quick beach getaway. Gina was quick to respond and offered great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Tybee is a great family oriented beach. We had a wonderful stay!

My husband and I stayed at this adorable condo for a Memorial Day weekend getaway. We found the condo to be exactly as described. It was simply perfect for the two of us. Very cozy clean, and tastefully decorated. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and my husband enjoyed the big 75 inch TV in the living room. Kimber, the host, made sure our check-in went smoothly and that we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again. This little condo is a gem for sure!

We had a great time, home was beautiful and clean. Very comfortable and very easy walk to the beach. Communication was great, would definitely stay here again when we return!

Chandler was very helpful when we had something come up the day of our check-in. He was super helpful, quick to respond, and easy to communicate with. The unit was just as pictured, tastefully decorated, and super clean. His check-in instructions were very easy to follow and the welcome book inside the unit answered any questions we had during the stay. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails on the screened porch. Peaceful and relaxing, just what we were looking for. We would definitely stay here again!

Exactly what we were looking for and needed!!! Our kids had never been to the beach before and I hadn’t been to HHI in 39 years. Maria’s condo was not only beautiful, it was in the perfect place, looked exactly like the pics if not better.. had EVERYTHING we needed and could have wanted and Maria herself is/was wonderful. Responsive.. friendly.. and gave us all the info we could need… instructions, recommendations, and fantastic advice!!! Thank you so much.. we can’t wait to go back! 😃❤️

Condo was super easy to get to on the first floor and definitely oceanfront. Although we were on the first floor, we could still see 98% of the ocean over the dunes and easily hear the waves crashing from the balcony. We got to see a family of rabbits hopping through the dune grasses and 99.9% of the time no one is seen between our balcony and the ocean… giving the feeling of seclusion in a populated area. Everything worked as it should in every room in the condo… fantastic TVs, extremely good shower heads, sturdy beach chairs, stout beach umbrella w/ anchor, comfortable plush leather sofa, and a very comfy form fitting memory foam king bed with plenty of pillows for even the finicky sleeper. 99% of my kitchen needs were met…i’ll remember the cooking spray next time. The plush white sand was a pleasant surprise as well as how level and firm the sand gets when the tide goes out, great for bocce ball! BTW, just about any kind of tent, wind shade or popup is allowed on the beach.

What a wonderful stay for two so close to the beach. It had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. Nice king size bed allowed us to have a great nights sleep. Do yourself a favor and get up and watch the sunrise! Very clean beach as well to enjoy!

Stunning views from an open deck and a super comfy screened deck. Quiet serene atmosphere. Great kitchen amenities. Would definitely like to return.
