I had an amazing stay at this well-designed and well-equipped apartment in Munich. The interior is spacious and furnished with considerable taste, the amenities are top-notch—everything from the espresso machine to the washer-dryer made my stay incredibly convenient. A brand new bathroom and the layout with separate bedroom and living room added to the overall comfort. The location is fantastic—easy access to anywhere in Munich, with plenty of nearby shops and supermarkets, a pretty amazing breakfast cafe, and everything else you might need. Maria the host was responsive, very friendly and helpful, taking the time to show me around. I’m already looking forward to staying here again on my future visits to Munich. Highly recommended!

Nicely furnished, new accommodation suitable for longer stays. The accommodation is in a quiet neighborhood, shops and public transport within 10 minutes walk, it is easy to get here. The room with a bathroom, kitchenette and bedroom was cozy, well-equipped and an ideal choice for a month's stay. Bathroom clean, shower drained, hot water quickly. Cozy roof terrace for relaxation. It was possible to buy a discounted breakfast package, a standard selection and a very nice, smiling lady (breakfast staff). The receptionist is pleasant and helpful. It depends on the location of the room, any night noise from the road is sufficiently eliminated by closed windows, the neighborhood of the production factory was not a problem. The only thing missing was a coat rack and space at the entrance for shoes. Overall, I rate the stay very positively and recommend it.
