Cuenta con comercios de proximidad andando que cubren todas las necesidades: supermercados, restaurantes, farmacias, hornos, chiringuito… Hay transporte público al centro de Valencia. Se recomienda vehículo propio.

A balcony to the Mediterranean, in the best area of Cullera beach, with the whole front wall of folding glass, so that the beach is part of your living room. We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage. It's our dream and now it can be yours too

Relax with the whole family in an incomparable setting such as the natural park of Mount Montgó in Denia, with fantastic views between the sea and the mountains. The house is an oasis of peace. Denia has miles of sandy and rocky beaches, where you can practice all kinds of water sports and from the house you can go hiking in the mountains. In the house there are also brochures with all the sports and cultural activities. Dénia is declared a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

All kinds of services are offered (towels, both shower and beach, self-service cold water and hot water, sweets, fruit, soft drinks, oil, vinegar, salt, bread, milk, cookies, savory snacks, welcome bottle of cava, ice, juices...) Rented by the week (Saturday to Saturday in July and August).

Single family chalet in the Perellonet area, in development with seasonal communal pool and direct beach access in 1 min walk. It consists of 5 rooms, 3 bathrooms. barbecue/paella grill, living room and a recreation area, terrace approx 70 m, parking for several vehicles and 2 terraces in first and second height overlooking the beach. (A travel cot is available upon request.) NO PETS, NO PARTIES.
