We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage. It's our dream and now it can be yours too

Relax with the whole family in an incomparable setting such as the natural park of Mount Montgó in Denia, with fantastic views between the sea and the mountains. The house is an oasis of peace. Denia has miles of sandy and rocky beaches, where you can practice all kinds of water sports and from the house you can go hiking in the mountains. In the house there are also brochures with all the sports and cultural activities. Dénia is declared a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

A vehicle is recommended.

It consists of 5 rooms, 3 bathrooms. barbecue/paella grill, living room and a recreation area, terrace approx 70 m, parking for several vehicles and 2 terraces in first and second height overlooking the beach. (A travel cot is available upon request.) NO PETS, NO PARTIES.
