We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage. A little house at the foot of the wonderful Albufera. It has two floors and has a large entrance-dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom, covered patio, storage room and outdoor patio. It is located on the road to Perelló, 500 meters from the village beach and 600 meters from Perellonet beach, just cross a bridge. Cullera is also 30 km away. The village has a bus stop to go to Valencia which is 300 meters away, next to the supermarket.

It consists of 5 rooms, 3 bathrooms. barbecue/paella grill, living room and a recreation area, terrace approx 70 m, parking for several vehicles and 2 terraces in first and second height overlooking the beach. (A travel cot is available upon request.) NO PETS, NO PARTIES.
