Waterfront holiday rentals in El Perellonet

I stayed in this apartment for two nights and the experience was very good. Communication with the host was easy and smooth, which made the whole process a lot. The location is excellent, especially if you are going to the Perelló Tomate Fair as it is very close to the venue. Ideal for a short, practical stay. I would recommend it!

We had two great weeks in Cullera and apartment was fantastic. Super nice view, quiet, equipped with everything and morning sun. You absolutely need a car to get to the apartment and can park there. You drive down the mountain and are immediately at a very nice beach, and in five minutes you are at the Consum supermarket. It is fifteen minutes to the station in Cullera, where a train to Valencia leaves every half hour. Public transport is practically free, you can't compete with that. There is a very nice hiking trail of about 14 km behind the apartment over the mountain and this also passes the castle in Cullera. At the bottom of the mountain on the left and then 10 minutes walk are the restaurants Benavent and Mare e Monti, in Cullera center is Desi and further south by the river is Casa Salvador. A very spacious, clean, quiet, well appointed apartment in a wonderful location. Host met us at the street door to greet us. Good local shops including a Lidl & a Mercardo. Opposite the old Colon Mercado ( with bars & restaurants) and easy walking to the old river and all the facilities. Nice vegetarian restaurant in the next street. Nearest Metro station at the end of the street is Colon with easy access to all other metro lines and airport.

Had a fantastic stay in Inge’s apartment. Inge met us for check in and showed us around. The view from the lounge and balcony is amazing! Very comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Absolutely recommended!! Were immediately warmly welcomed and everything was explained. Super nice place where we immediately felt at home. Everything very clean and nicely designed. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. We even got tips on where to eat. Amenities were perfect. You have everything you need. The owner also got us snacks and drinks on arrival. We will be happy to come back.

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Jose took the time to check us in and show us around , msg us recommendations and generally felt if we needed anything he’d be happy to help . The place was perfect and situated just right from beach to shops to travel . All in all spot on definitely stdy again Thankyou Jose

Eugenia was fast to respond, accommodating and the place was close to the beach and a couple stations by which we could get to the centre in no time.

We had a great stay in this dream house. Kitty's little house is beautiful and very well thought out and furnished with a special taste that we really appreciated. It is perfect for a stay for a couple like us and the private terrace is very nice. The Cabanyal neighborhood is very charming with many restaurants and bars and the beach is a 5-minute walk away. We will be happy to come back for a longer stay and I recommend coming and enjoying this little gem.

Everything we needed was there — a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and air conditioning in all the bedrooms, which was especially nice during the summer heat. Our host Amparo was fantastic: always quick to respond, helpful, and easy to communicate with. On our last day, we were even allowed to leave our luggage after check-out, and she kindly helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. Everything was perfectly taken care of, which allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. Highly recommended for families visiting Valencia!

I can completely recommend this apartment. From its new build to the efforts the owners put in on the small details to ensure you walked into a perfectly presented place to spend valuable vacation time. They took time out to welcome us and were considerate and responsive when questions asked. Beach access and walkable restaurants is within easy access . I noted the neatness and care and attention taken in the arrangement of the facilities. Also the welcome bowl of fruit, water in fridge and coffee/biscuits that were left for us. For those who want to mix restaurant eating and self catering, there is a supermarket in walking distance to stock up if needed . Would be happy to return to same place when visiting Valencia again in the future

Impeccable and 100% functional apartment. Everything was very clean and the apartment is even better than in the photos. Eva was very helpful, let me check in early and responded quickly. The apartment has all the utensils and amenities available and everything was working very well. Excellent location! It would be back for sure!

The stay is even better than what you see in the photos. Incredible views and amenities at our fingertips. In addition, María José is an excellent host. She informed us everything in detail and was ready for anything that came up with us.
