The apartment is located only meters from the Atlantic ocean at the small boat harbor and around 10 minutes drive from the centrum. The apartment has a double bed as well as a sofa bed suitable for two adults. In the apartment you will also find cutlery both for children and adults.

My place is about 10-15 minutes drive by car from the city centre (NOT WALKING DISTANCE). Free parking. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, but is close to the main bus station in Reykjavík and public transport and easy commute to the city centre with buses. You’ll love my place because of the coziness and the quiet neighbourhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers.

Nice apartment located 10 km from downtown Reykjavík with a free parking.. Swimming pool near by, grocery shops, gas station and good walking trails by the sea with a view over Viðey. Museum and galleries near by also. The apartment is on a fifth floor and in the building are 38 apartments with all kinds of neighbors so this is not a party house. I meet my guests to let them have the key.

Stylish Reykjavík Stay with City Views

Johanna’s apartment is amongst the nicest I’ve ever stayed in! She’s set up the space beautifully with everything you could ever need. My partner and I cooked all our meals and felt nothing was lacking, which is difficult to say for most Airbnbs. The shower had great temperature range and excellent water pressure and the bathroom was spotless. Johanna is very responsive and made us feel right at home. There’s free parking right outside and we never had an issue finding a spot. This is a great spot for those looking to stay within Reykjavik but not in the busy city centre - it’s about a 7 minute drive from it though! 10/10 would stay again!

A fine stay if you drove the entire ring road within 6.5 days. Close to a supermarket, private parking and the apartment is fully equipped. The only thing to note were the windows, it was incredibly hot (even without heating) and we couldn't get it cooled with the small windows.

The place is super nice and cozy, very well decorated! The host was super friendly and proactive, always responded quickly when i had doubts about something. Even though the house itself isnt very centered in the city, there is a bus stop thats a 5 minute walk from the place which takes you directly to the city centre.

Beautiful private apartment with incredible host. The photos don't show the warmth and character of the apartment, with amazing little details and quality in every room. From the linen in the bedroom, the way the kitchen is appointed to toiletries in the bathroom, all made our stay so comfortable and relaxing. We were there over New Years and Anna gave us tips on the Northern Lights as well as some celebration treats as well as a welcoming drink. As a host we could not recommend more highly. It's location to local amenities was perfect and you could as easily eat out in central Reykjavik as you could go shopping and cook in. We hired a car but chose to use public transport to get around the city - the bus stop was only 5 minutes walk away and super easy. The Hot Tub was private in a lovely garden with our own door from the apartment. Overall we had an amazing stay at Anna and Skuli's 5 star apartment.
