The apartment is located on the north side. part of the English Garden. It's just a few minutes' walk to the U-Bahn [subway]. In just 7 minutes by car you are directly in Schwabing and in just 13 minutes at Marienplatz The Allianz Arena is 2 stops away. The MOC exhibition grounds are within walking distance. Supermarket, bakery, as well as some restaurants and beer garden are very close. The apartment has a small fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine and dryer (coins) Wi-Fi is available.

I rent out a nice little apartment in the basement, about 38 m² and fully equipped. Stammham is located in Upper Bavaria, about 12 km north of Ingolstadt/Audi, 5 minutes by car to the A9, Munich 55 minutes, Regensburg approx. 1 hour, Nuremberg 55 minutes, Ingolstadt Village 10 minutes, to the Danube Gorge approx. 30 minutes and to the Altmühltal Nature Park about 13 minutes. We have a Netto supermarket, restaurants, butchers, bakers, a doctor and a Raiffeisenbank in the village.

This small 1-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom, all handicapped-friendly and wheelchair accessible, is located in the Holledau. Animals and children run around on our farm. Otherwise, it is quite quiet due to the secluded location. The apartment has its own entrance and a small terrace with lots of greenery for walking. Pets are also welcome for an extra charge (€15.00). During the day you can leave the dogs in the guesthouse next door (register beforehand)

Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.

The apartment is in the newly renovated attic of a listed large house in 2023/24 (after a major fire in 2022 in the house, everything was completely renovated). It is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for families with children. Wi-Fi, TV and a play corner are included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Dogs can be brought along. There are two cats in the house: Mimi and Sally.
