Hiking from the house is possible for hours.

The apartment is located in the basement of a two-family house with direct access to the garden. A kitchen-living room with terrace, one bedroom and a spacious living room with beautiful views.

A bathroom with a bathtub and shower. NO kitchen, but dishes, Senseo coffee maker, fridge, kettle, toaster and a microwave with grill. Free parking, by arrangement on the property or in front of it.

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
