The wine culture typical of the Middle Moselle can be experienced through numerous offers and events: Whether cycling, hiking, boat trips, wine tastings, wine festivals or simply relaxing. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

The 85 sqm apartment is on the 1st floor of a quiet house from the 1930s, just a few minutes and meters away from the Moselle, bike path, train, various shopping, tourist information, wine shop, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. Hiking enthusiasts will find wonderful and well-signposted trails on both sides of the Moselle. Bus and boat trips are also offered. Also recommended is a visit to the thermal baths, an outdoor pool open year-round with beautiful views of vineyards and forest.

Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal.
