The 1Step2AllStars tree house (about 23 m²) is nestled in green surroundings in a quiet residential street just 2.5 km from the center. From the parking lot, you can reach your accommodation via a total of 50 steps, which is built like a tiny house-style hotel room. The house has a double bed (1.80 m), a tea kitchen, a seating area with comfortable armchairs and table, a high level with a rest area for reading and a fully equipped bathroom with shower and toilet.

The metropolis of Ruhr, the stadiums of Dortmund and Bochum as well as the Westfalenhallen can be easily reached by car, bus & train in about 20 minutes.

In the bathroom you will find a nice walk-in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped.
