Franz & Margaret's Airbnb has everything you could want for a family vacation, plus the communication with both is incredibly pleasant and we don't even need to talk about the fantastic location ;) It was a very nice and relaxing start to the new year for us, which has become so beautiful not least because of your wonderfully managed Airbnb and your great farm. Linda always thought along with us and fulfilled our wishes before they arose. The communication was not only very friendly and personal but above all proactive. When you enter the apartment, you never have the impression of living in the basement. Super generous and lovingly designed. Everything you need for a few days in the Passau outback is available. The apartment is absolutely quiet and super clean. In addition to the good price-performance ratio, Linda also offers personal communication. I'd love to come back.

Elisabeth's apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos – cozy and you immediately feel at home. It has everything you need: from pots to dishes to spices, you can find everything here. The location of the apartment is great! It is close to thermal baths, large cities such as Passau or Salzburg, and there are many opportunities for walks. Elisabeth as a host was very accommodating and always quick and friendly with questions. Under the apartment, she runs her own tavern, where you can eat very tasty food at a good price-performance ratio. We enjoyed the few days we were able to spend here and would be happy to come back! We would recommend it to anyone! Thanks again and best regards from us.

Really a very, very nice stay! The house is really something special, top, impeccable, tasteful, fully equipped to the last detail. The outdoor facilities are beautiful, spacious, with great views and everything is very neat. The hosts are very nice and likeable and have thought of everything, from the equipment, labeling, recommendations in writing. We were there as a family with three children (6, 10, 12) and felt completely comfortable. It is a very, very good recommendation in its entirety!

What can I say that others haven’t? Elisabeth gave us a wonderful and amazing, caring and nurturing experience. Her home truly is characterised by her children from their creative art and vibe. Columbo provided incredible dinners from his background being Italian and not to mention Elisabeth’s own home made Apple strudel which she makes from her own garden apple tree. Fresh eggs in the morning from her chickens. Our dogs certainly were entertained chasing each other around the chicken coop. Our trip was especially characterised by there being the biggest snow fall in Wels in years! A truly memorable experience and weekend away. We cannot thank her enough and truly look forward to seeing her again in the near future!

Very steep stairs to the bedrooms as the only "drawback", but it didn't matter to us. Uncomplicated and cooperative approach. Enjoyed it very much. Plenty of space for our wet tournament clothes and a cool pool after hot days. The rooster crows in front of the house, but if you don't want that, you might be better off on a city vacation. Would come back anytime.

Excellent welcome, good communication, Margit is a pleasant and accommodating person. The apartment is very spacious, the bedding is great. Only inconvenience, a common entrance to the 2 apartments which can hinder privacy Other than that, I highly recommend Margit.
