The Lake apartment is about 100 m2 independent and quiet in the center of Bouaye 20 minutes from Nantes and the beaches (Pornic), 10 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the Planète Sauvage animal park. 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed + single bed and another with double bed) + 1 office area, non-enclosed games room + a living room with double sofa bed and an office area + 1 independent kitchen, a small bathroom (shower + sink) and separate toilet. The house does not have an outdoor area.
