In the Nantais vineyard, our cottage accommodates 4 people maximum (children from 5 years old) in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Parties strictly forbidden. It is 1 studio, adjoining our house, with 2 beds in an attic mezzanine and a Rapido convertible into a bed in the living room. Private terrace to the east; Access to 1 part of the garden to the west. Direct access to the 12.50 m x 4 m heated indoor shared pool. 8am to 10pm. Preferably RESAS for the week during school holidays.

Suite à plusieurs déconvenues, nous précisons que le ménage doit être effectué à vôtre départ. Non-fumeur ou à l'extérieur.

Nous vous accueillons au coeur d'un village très calme dans la campagne chapelaine. Espace de vie attrayant ou vous pourrez préparer vos repas si vous le souhaitez. Possibilité d'accéder à une terrasse partager. Heure d'arrivée à partir de 15h00, Départ avant 11h. Pour un maximum de liberté votre entrée est indépendante. 35 € pour une occupation d'une personne 55 € pour une occupation de deux personnes. Pensez à sélectionner le bon nombre d'occupant ! :)

My cottage is located in the middle of the fields on the edge of the Nuaillé-Chanteloup-Vezins forest, in an old renovated farmhouse. 5 minutes from a CHOLET shopping area, nearby - Puy du Fou Park, 29 km - Maulévrier Oriental Garden, 10 km - less than an hour's drive from Angers, Nantes, La Roche-sur-Yon, - and 1 hour 15 minutes from the seaside at Les Sables d'Olonne. You'll love my place for its tranquility, for couples and families (with kids).

La Forge du Curé, nature and authenticity

Located in the outbuildings of a former presbytery, the Forge du Curé welcomes you in peace, not far from the Sèvre. The fully independent accommodation consists of a large living room with fitted and equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living area with sofa bed and TV. From there, 5 steps down to a hallway with workspace, which serves the bedroom and bathroom. Sheets and towels are provided. We cannot accept parties or events in the Airbnb.

Refrigerator, microwave, toaster, 1 induction cooktop and Dolce Gusto coffee maker available as well as cutlery, plates and glasses. Quiet with private entrance, everything nearby (restaurants, shops, buses). PLEASE NOTE, vans cannot enter (parking nearby).

Close to the city center with all shops; bakery, butcher, restaurant, grocery store, shopping center. This apartment, renovated by us, is ideal for short stays and discovering all the attractions of Nantes. It is located in the city center, in the popular district of Saint Félix, close to the Talensac market, the banks of the Erdre and the hyper-center. All transport (bus and tram) and shops (bakeries, bars, restaurants, supermarkets) are close by. We provide linens as well as basic groceries.
