L'appartement est clair et lumineux. De nombreuses fenêtres donnent sur les jardins et les toits de la ville. Le couchage se fait en mezzanine. Il y a deux mezzanines qui se font face. Pas de canapé, ni de télé, ni de lave vaisselle. Simple, sobre et calme pour une halte tranquille. (Déconseillé aux jeunes enfants).
