You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Delightful T1 bis in hyper center. Great location, restaurants, theater, cinemas, shops, museums, everything is at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.

30 m2 studio adjoining our house,with independent access. 20 minutes from Nantes by car and 3.5 km from Mauves train station (Nantes 13 minutes). Close to the city center with all shops; bakery, butcher, restaurant, grocery store, shopping center. For 2 guests double bed and possibility for another person( bench bed), an extra charge will be requested). Cosy apartment for 2 travelers near Nantes, in the vineyard.

Independent studio

5 minutes' walk from the banks of the Loire, you will appreciate the calm of the accommodation and its freshness in summer. The studio is part of our house, it is located on the ground floor. It has 1 bedroom with double bed, private bathroom, WC and equipped kitchen as well as an independent entrance (shared with our cats). As the terrain is sloping, a few steps lead to the entrance to the studio.
