Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. The Outbuilding

We will welcome you with great pleasure in our old 22 m2 winepress renovated in 2018. With a nice covered terrace. you will have a fully equipped kitchen area, a foldaway bed in the living room, a shower room. We are on a landscaped space of 2400m2 close to the village of our municipality of Champtoceaux (all shops within walking distance, open swimming pool in July and August in the center of town).
