You will be close to everything when you book our recently renovated home! It’s 1.5 miles to the sandy beaches of Presque Isle and Lake Erie as well as 1.5 miles to downtown's fun and culture. If you’re interested in shopping, you’ll be just a 10 minute drive to the Millcreek Mall and Peach Street. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and offers some of the best streets for taking a stroll. The nearby Frontier park offers live music, playgrounds, and plenty of room to roam.

Whatever the reason brings you to Erie, this is a place you are going to feel at home. It is a very comfortable and peaceful place. Near to Millcreek Mall, Erie Zoo, UPMC, Mercyhurst University and Berhend Penn State. When you are home enjoy a good coffee while watching TV or playing board games.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located historic apartment in Downtown Erie, nestled above Erie's Best Coffee Shop! You'll also have access to the backyard to sit and enjoy the garden on summer nights. Only well behaved dogs are welcome, we do not host any other pets (cats, birds, guinea pigs, etc.)

We do not host locals. Our private 2 bedroom, one bath suite is the perfect location for year round activities. It is attached to our home but, has it's own private entrance with gated driveway. It is close to beaches, amusement park, water park and nature hikes. There is free access to the hot tub and barbecue grill. Parking is off street and private with room for your boat or trailer.
