The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

Walnut Tree Cottage Apartment wurde 2023 fertig gestellt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail im englischen Stil eingerichtet. Die Räume sind mit z. T. antiken Möbeln und Tapeten des National Trust (England) aus 3 Jahrhunderten dekoriert. Die Ausstattung der Küche und des Bades ist modern und hochwertig. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse, die Autobahn wird in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Der fußläufig gelegene Bahnhof bietet Direktverbindungen u. a. nach Düsseldorf, Köln und Wuppertal.

Welcome to your temporary home! Our lovingly furnished apartment is located in Erkrath-Hochdahl near the S-Bahn station. In 15 minutes you can be at Düsseldorf main station. 🛏️ What to expect: • 2 bedrooms, each with a 140x200cm bed and smart TV with Netflix access (one TV is mobile and can be moved to other locations) • Well-equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, etc. • Small living/dining area • Bathroom with shower, towels, hair dryer and emergency amenities

Apartment under the roof in Erkrath near Düsseldorf

Apartment, 25 m² with balcony on the 2nd floor, attic floor for non-smokers with private access via the staircase. Bathroom with shower. Coffee/tea kitchen and fridge A double bed 140cm wide. Bed linen is provided. The walk to the Hochdahl S-Bahn stop is about 12 minutes. From there, 12 minutes by S8 to Düsseldorf main station. Arrival and departure time will be clarified individually. Looking forward to welcoming nice and friendly guests. The apartment is unsuitable for parties.

Room on the Düssel

The apartment has a small hallway with a gaderobe as entrance, a bathroom with shower and a room with a kitchenette, dining table, writing desk, wardrobe and two beds that can be used individually or as a double bed. The apartment is surrounded by greenery, right next to the stream "Düssel", no neighbors, parking on the premises in front of the door. Private entrance with only three steps. Check in takes place via a key box with a number code, which I send shortly before arrival.

Mit Liebe zum Detail und gemütlich eingerichtet wird das Wohnen im Apartment zur Erholung und Genuss zugleich.

The property offers its own ground floor entrance, a living/sleeping room, bathroom and a small separate kitchen. The house is located on a quiet road, right on the protected landscape area and yet with direct highway connection via the A3 and A46. By car, you are in 20 minutes on the Kö(nigsallee), Messe Düsseldorf or the airport, the journey is about 25 minutes. For those seeking relaxation, there are numerous opportunities in the area.

Newly renovated non-smoking room with private bath and separate access to the staircase, very centrally located within walking distance of the Hofgarten, Rhein and the Altstadt. Direct connection to Trade Fair via subway (12minutes) In order to protect our guests and ourselves as much as possible from Covid19, we will only accept bookings from vaccinated or recovered guests from 01 October. Quick tests are not sufficient.

Das liebevoll eingerichtete und komfortable Apartment verfügt über ein großzügiges Wohn-/Esszimmer, eine moderne Küche, ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit Schreibtisch und ein schönes Badezimmer. Ein freier Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück sowie freier WLAN-Zugang sind natürlich ebenfalls vorhanden.

Wir vermieten ein gemütliches Zimmer mit Dusche undToilette mit separaten Treppenhauszugang. Das Zimmer befindet sich im 7. Stock und bietet einen schönen Blick über die Stadt. Der Aufzug fährt bis zur 6. Etage. Wir wohnen ein Stockwerk darunter und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder Problemen.
