The highlight of the 60 sqm apartment is the 40 sqm roof terrace, where you can enjoy the sun all day. The apartment is located on the second floor of a two-family house. 11 steps lead to the house entrance. The surrounding cities of Düsseldorf, Essen and Wuppertal can be reached by car in approx. 30 minutes.

The house is located on a quiet road, right on the protected landscape area and yet with direct highway connection via the A3 and A46. By car, you are in 20 minutes on the Kö(nigsallee), Messe Düsseldorf or the airport, the journey is about 25 minutes. For those seeking relaxation, there are numerous opportunities in the area.
